Nemesis (the perk) buff
You seek retribution on those who have wronged you. A Survivor who blinds you or stuns you using a pallet or locker becomes your Obsession. Anytime a new Survivor becomes the Obsession, they are affected by the Oblivious status effect for 60 seconds and will have the exit gates blocked to them by the Entity for 10 seconds.
- The Killer can only be obsessed with one Survivor at a time.

Yes. They have wronged me, moreso than a survivor who blinds or stuns me during a chase, because at least they are simply trying to fend off the killer, not get a cheeky blind that serves no other purpose than to antagonize.

Not all the times. Remember, blinding still gives points (and quite a lot in fact). They might just be trying to do just that.

Then it would come at a risk, and only if the Killer avoids being blinded or stunned by non-Obsession survivors the whole match. Otherwise they know the Killer has Nemesis equipped and would just leave.
