DH Combos ruin this game and needs to change.
Dead By Daylight as a whole would be a whole lot better without these 2 S tier bailouts that everyone refuses to not have in any match imo. Still Today, cuz that really shows you the GAP in the play base. Every Single Match is a 4 man team running..
DS<DH<BT<and the third is always either Unbreakable, Iron Will, Urban Evasion, or Fixated, Calm Spirit)
EDIT: I'm taking DS out of the whole NERF equation because it's mainly Dead Hard that's the problem.
No other perk set beats it, which is why overall they wouldn't be the only logical perks to take cuz all the others aren't even in the same stratosphere as DH alone. Now could you use other perks and still have escape results? yes but that isn't the trolling killer, t bagging ,circle running, waiting at the exit line.. survivor main at IRI 1.
In my opinion that's a whole reason around DH needing a nerf, make it useable but not the only strongest bailout perk the game has to offer. It makes chases last way to long for how the killer is supposed to play in a round, 2 gens already pop on ONE hook most of the time. That's bringing Corrupt and others ontop of it.
Imagine if they made Dead Hard less powerful and all the other unused garbage perks would feel worth it to take.
again can't blame them since why wouldn't you take it but like i said, same match every game at high ranks, loop the killer in a circle until the killer runs into either one of our DS's and start the whole system over again when you add in body blocking and DH's as well. They need a change

I'm baffled that anyone wants even 2021 DS to be nerfed, though.

I won't argue about DH, but DS is only loosely meta anymore, and if you trigger it, it's entirely your fault. It's not even like Borrowed Time where you can use it offensively despite it being a defensive perk at its inception. If a player off the hook is really aggressively trying to bait a chase and getting in your way, count to twelve, down them, and leave them there. And if you tunnel, there's always the chance you're going to eat a DS. You can get right back to tunneling after that if you really need to, and they can't DS you again. That's all there is to it.
Urban Evasion and Fixated are nowhere close to meta. Iron Will and Unbreakable outclass them by miles. Urban Evasion is mostly for people doing flashy plays and Fixated is mainly to make Sprint Burst more tolerable.

DS is made to counter one thing. If you don't want to get hit with it, don't tunnel.

To be strictly fair, BBQ is better than its survivor equivalent WGLF - easier to get 4 stacks and with a more useful not-bloodpoints effect.
People do use the aura reading from BBQ, they'd just use different detection perks if BBQ didn't offer a big honking stack of bloodpoints to go with it. Besides, BBQ being meta is actually helpful to survivors. It means you can generally predict where the killer will go next depending on whether you hid from BBQ conditions or presented yourself as a juicy target. It's basically a safe-to-assume default with a baked-in way to evade, where otherwise you'd have to be way more attentive on whether the killer keeps showing up when two people work on a gen, when someone touches a regressing gen, when someone heals, etc.

Dead Hard is a fair complaint perk, but nerf that and SB takes its place, nerf that and etc. Games like this always have a meta and there will always be "the best" to bring. The one solution is to buff the weak perks to hopefully open up new possibilities to builds, but even then, that won't stop some people from using the best stuff and that won't stop the community from complaining when new stuff starts being used.

Again with that SB is superior lie. What is even your argument to say something like that? Just because a streamer said it? Because logically and in practice that statement isn't true.
SB its much worse than DH. With SB you have to walk and lose a lot of time if you want to save it for when the killer come, and the only benefit of SB is being able to reach a good tile or the shack if you don't have a good tile nearby wich isn't hard at all.
And if SB was better then we won't see 4 or 3 DH per match.. DH is the top survivor perk and even more with the validation. You can extend chases for really long times, specially for not top tier killers.

With the actual meta of MMR shifting to camping/tunneling i think dead hard should stay as it is.
Especially with DS and BT.

Second chance combos is the fact that make really Op, unfair and unfun game. Invulnerable evasion into shield into stun into flash into loop. Disgusting manu second chance... Must can be not possible to comodo them, like only one second chance per chase. Only ds, or dead hard, or shield etc.

Agreed, DS+BT+DH is a problem, especially DH. Personally I think it shouldn't allow both extra mobility and what is basically a free health state that replenishes it self, I think if anything it should be two separate perks. Also, the dash is basically a free guaranteed exit if used at the right place and the right moment. Besides this, invincibility frame is a big LOAD OF BS, because it's also renders powers useless against the DH user while active.
DS is also a problem if you ask me, especially if it's combined with flashlight, because quite literally, one who have just DS'ed you can basically get a free extra flashlight stun against you, and you can't do anything about it. So yes, DS is definitely a problem as well.
