bring back old struggle or let us suicide...
ok so as usual havent really thought about it since i never do it but i played against a bubba hook camped 1 teammate so we did gens 1 gen left other teammate disconnects. so i was like aight i go and die you use unbreakable and you can find hatch... well i got hooked took me 5 missed skillchecks to die? i mean sure i guess its kinda good you cant give hatch or insta suicide but like CMON takes 20 sec to kill myself on hook what a joke...
hatch doesnt spawn until IM DEAD let us suicide it doesn't favour anyone in any way since both can start searching for hatch at the same time...
last thing yes its good that teammates cant insta suicide but it doesnt help since they are gonna afk on the hook if they want to die anyways... and im fine with the new struggle system but alteast make it so it doesnt take 5 missed skillchecks to die

Just tab out and suddenly you can continue to suicide. Two skill checks is all it needs.

Do you know how much time it takes for the two skill check fails? I haven't counted, but at least 10 seconds from the time you hit the struggle phase. You're already hook bombed by then. Plus, I preferred to just enable my struggle macro in the old days. We could at least get more survival BP for hitting the struggle phase skill checks.

Good riddance, honestly. I hated the fast and convenient suicide booths.
It sucks as the last survivor for sure, but it's a net positive I believe.

Yes because I've suicided on hooks many times. It isn't that difficult.
Old struggle was a nightmare for accessibility, broke keyboard and controllers alike, and for me it's honestly ruined my wrists.
We could at least get more survival BP for hitting the struggle phase skill checks.
Agreed, but we could use buffs to survivor BP across the board.

I wish we had a choice between the two, for those who preferred the old method. But yeah just about every time I'm trying to suicide on hook inevitably leads to that one survivor coming to unhook me before the Entity can take me. Which in turn ends up being a five minute ban.

When there's 2 survivors left and you're being facecamped, you suicide to let the last one get hatch? Instead of having them risk it to try and save you when you don't have DS and you know they don't have BT.
Suiciding on hook isn't exclusively suiciding at the start of the match, it's just not struggling until the very end

Dont touch anything if you want to suicide this is the fastest way to die.
Honestly you dont want old struggle the number of time survivor got kill on hook because the game lag for a sec and some player broke controller or keybord with that smashing. Its far better the way it is now.

suiciding on hook is still way too easy to accomplish. If you want to get faster out of a game - don’t even ready up.

Honestly if you want to quit the game early and make the rest of your teammates suffer then just DC and take the penalty you deserve.
No one like DCers (except DCers) and killing yourself early is the same for all intents and purposes.

???????? what... it was me and my friend left IN THE GAME he is on last hook i was being chased i dont wanna dc(dont know where u got that from?) i wanted to pull the killer away from him so he could try and find hatch when i killed myself on hook
maybe i didnt clarify i was ON DISCORD with the last survivor why else would i go and die? i think im gonna give a random dude hatch :p

i wanted to give my friend the option to find hatch cuz he would have 4killed us anyways hatch was only way for one to escape

If you miss them while pressing a button it doesn't count. If you afk it does.

unpopular opinion old struggle was fine, it was for the most part just people going ape brain and smashing space instead of thinking " hey, how slow can i press this?"
With that, they took one of the little interactive and tense elements of this game. now hitting stage two is just hitting an easy skill check over and over until something happens. When they remove wiggle (i hope not), welp, all i can say is it was good while it lasted.
