Because the effects of Lucky Break only last one minute per trial, the timer should not only be paused when fully healed, but also when being healed.

Exactly. Especially when a standard heal is 16 seconds - one fourth of the perk's timer. This change would allow it to persist longer in the trial if played well.

You can reduce the duration of the effect to 30-45 seconds, but when hooking, the perk will be restored.

That would be too strong. Maybe if it was like max. 20 seconds then maybe.

Maybe it slows down when healing not completely stops
