Boon Nerf
Since boons came to the game they have been meta shifting, and while I don't think that's a bad thing, I feel they're a bit over tuned right now. My suggestion to reduce strength with out crippling the perks would be to implement a timer that would not allow you to re-boon the totem right away. For example say the killer snuffs the totem, the entity would then block the totem from being interacted with for a time, similar to Hex: Plaything. I think around 30 seconds would be good, giving the killer some breathing room.
I personally like boons, but I can see the power and impact they have on the game, what are some of your thoughts?

I'd either want this or nerf that is similar to waking up as Freddy. Everytime your boon is snuffed, it'll take another 8 seconds the following time you bless a totem, then another 8 if its snuffed again and so on.

I have three suggestions.
Boons should be high risk high reward and you have to actually think about where to place it as opposed to current survivors just placing it anywhere. So a killer gets rewarded for snuffing it by giving back one of his cleansed Hex with a timer like say 20 seconds so that it can't be cleansed.
Boons should only be one use if it got snuffed your perk is useless
Delete boons.

I had a game tonight on Haddonfield.
I booned a house in the corner at the start of the game because I wanted to gain access to my infinite heals. Little did I realize it would turn into a fiesta where all four of us just kept bum rushing the Huntress, running to the boon, spam healing ourselves and each other, and then bum rushing her again.
This tomfoolery lasted, literally, around 10 minutes and it was the stupidest thing I've seen in awhile.
I kid you not when I say that boon probably assisted with, or allowed, around 40+ heals. The huntress couldn't even move to snuff it out, because we were just throwing ourselves at her for funsies.

Then again, we did all die in the end... I guess that means CoH needs a buff, if anything.

This would kill Boons. This is almost like "Make them one time use", which is one of the worst suggestions.
14 seconds for blessing a Dull Totem would turn into 22 after one snuffing. I did the Achievement to bless 20 Hex-Totems (and I will never use Boon-Perks again, because IMO they are not better than the Perks I used before), which is 24 seconds each. This was a painfully long time.
If it would be 22 after one snuffing, I dont think many players will bless a second time. Or even 30 seconds and onwards.

Try a build dedicated to healing, with coh, it is the most stupid thing I've seen, healing in like 6 seconds is really stupid.

That is a good point actually. Maybe OPs suggestion would be better then.

I dunno, people will obsessively keep booning in my experience even with TotH slowing it down.

not the worst suggestion, some people here are on board with making boons as useless as MoM by making it a one time use lmao

Lucky for you that only one survivor needs it for you to get the benefit.

I almost never see Boon-Perks in my games. But again, I dont think they are better than the "old" Meta. (But they are a new Strawman why bad Killers lose games :> )

This what happens when you play killer: " https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fdc66z5rGTc ". Boon totems just add to the pain.

You should have told me that CMWinter is the content creator. I dont really want to give clicks to his "person". (I also dont think that he is a good player, but eh.)
And I play Killer as well. I rarely see Boons in my games, for me it is DH or Sprint Burst, DS, BT, Iron Will, UB and stuff like that. But almost no Boons.

Sorry about that, but i'm sure you can search a lot of videos on other creators that just says the exact same. Playing with a random teammate (in solo q) that brought circle of healing... it really made the game insanely easier.
