Killer Idea/Perk

Thoughts on a killer that uses a blow dart to inflict some kind of status effect that will remap controls randomly for 60 secs or 80 secs but deal no health state damage or a hex perk that does the same by remapping controls for everything except movement/ directions every 5 to 15 seconds?

OH yeah that actually sounds like a nice idea and it could look funny af when the survs run into stuff and not the killer cause Kate can apparently struggle like you are carrying nemi on your shoulder
