Just give Coup a cooldown for goodness sake, the token system is not good. Why limit a fun new perk?

Give it a 45 second cooldown or something, at least then Killers won't have to worry about wasting precious tokens.

It would definitely be more interesting like that. I think it'd be even better than just gaining stacks through hooks.

I rather see coup becoming a pasive bonus to lunges each time you hook someone, just reduce the bonus and spread it trought 8 hooks and it becomes a really fun late game perk

It should be the anti-exhaustion perk. Sixty second cooldown (exhaust) for regular use to counter dead hards and etc.

it should work like the perk unrelenting. just flat increase.

If they have to keep it token based with gens as is, AT LEAST change it so a token is not consumed, unless you pass the normal lunge distance. We shouldn't have to resort to tap attacks to save tokens, and losing a token to a short lunge is pain.

Or better yet, just only consume the token when the hit connects.

My thoughts on why they wouldn't is it could be abused with unrelenting for a possibly quicker movement speed by just lunging across the map.
If it doesn't then yes please.
