As killer there were multiple instances where even on max brightness the screen has completely black spots including areas of lockers.

That is way too dark - it is not that dark for me on PS4 and PC.

If I go to RPD anymore I just hang out near an exit gate and play on my phone. Nearly everywhere inside it's that dark.
