Could not bless hex-totem, only cleanse it. Was using Boon: Circle of healing
I was standing in front of a Hex-totem, in the center of the map, and was only able to cleanse it, not bless it.
(Killer was using Hex: ruin, Hex: Pentimento, Hex: undying, Scourge hook: pain resonance.)
possibly killer had some item that gave oblivious or similar effect.
my perk: Boon: Circle of healing, was in darker colours than my other perks (lower right corner of screen)

- Killer was The Artist, I played Cheryl
- Perks played: I was using Windows of opportunity, Lightweight, Boon: circle of healing, Borrowed time (all rank 3 (purple))
- The Artist's map (Crow Tower)
- Frequency of the issue: First time happening.

Okey I think that was a pentimento totem wich means someone else broke the totem probably cause it was ruin and then the killer used pentimento to rekindle it but these totems can't be blessed cause when you break it its gone for ever and can't be rekindled I think that is intended

You cannot bless a rekindled totem which has become a Hex: Pentimento totem. You must have encountered that rekindled totem.

Would be nice if there was a slight visual difference for rekindled totems. Some kind of warping effect to indicate it's been "revived".

There actually is a slight visual difference, but it’s difficult to notice.
I do agree that pentimento’s description should mention you can’t bless a rekindled totem though.
