Cross-play Logo
I would like to suggest if it's possible to add more Cross-play logos, so that we know who we are playing with.
Example: If someone is playing from PlayStation to have PS Logo and so on.

I don't see a reason why this shouldn't be added, I'm always curious as to what people are playing on as well. It would be very cool!

Yeah, so I know if they can read what I write or not. I'm still surprised sometimes if someone with the globe writes in chat.

Or they could just add the chat to all platforms

The devs stated in their last Q&A session they have no plans to add the chat box to the consoles.
As far as the logos go I think they might have to pay for them to use em, so maybe that's why I dunno for sure.

From what I understand, it's not a thing because of legal reasons so they'd have to pay for them (like @JPLongstreet said).
Also, I think an added reason why it's not a thing is because they don't want console players leaving the match because they see a steam/epic games/stadia (is stadia a pc platform?) player. So it's partially that too in my opinion.
Like I usually play on switch, if I see someone and it shows they're on one of the pc platforms, I'd be tempted to leave the match just for the fps difference alone.

Then they should do a generic console icon for all consoles and a PC icon for all others on Epics and Windows

Stadia is a streaming service that can be used via Chrome browser in pc, but I think there are also SmartTVs and other smartdevices that would allow you to stream it, so itβs not exclusively pc..

Console players would need ages to write something

The Epic Games players should have a different icon not the same as console LOL

There's also Windows Store players that can chat, though they're way rarer.
Mostly I'd just like the differentiation to know if I can talk to someone or not.
