It's the same [BAD WORD] thing every game and it's so annoying.
Remember how Ruin was changed because "wahh the new player experience" "wahhh it's all anyone uses at red ranks!"
How about this, im TIRED of having to loop 3x PER PERSON PER CHASE PER GAME EVERY GAME. IT'S ALL ANYBODY USES.
AND THEN CHANGE JUST BUFFED IT, NOW IM GETTING HITS BUT OH WAIT THEY DEADHARDED 1 SECOND LATER AND NOW IM STUNNED.

Not saying your any of that stuff but I just feel like you should know you would be shocked how fast games can go due to survivor spawns, prove thyself, and multiple people on gens
Just the other day I had a game that ended in 4:30 and ik because I timed it
It was barely enough time to hook everyone once and one person twice
You can already guess that I lost that game

No joke I spawned into the match, ran to the furthest gen, and as I got there the gen ######### popped.

Those kind of games can be really difficult but about 99.99% of games there are multiple opportunities that show themselves that allow you to turn the game around in your favor if its not already, gens going by REALLY fast is usually the killers fault. Some times I record my games and when ever I go up against a pretty solid team that I get destroyed by I make LOADS of mistakes, and they become very apparent when re-watching the game
Every lost should be taken as a learning experience, I myself have 4.5k hours and when ever I lose I don't blame the game, I think about what I could of done better and move on to the next.

But I assure that when a game ends in 4:30 on cowshed then number wise speaking I don't even think there's enough time to secure a single kill unless I tunneled which I don't particularly find interesting idk about you
Also if your wondering how it ended that fast when gens take 80 secs

Let me ask you a question, how long do you think it takes a Non S tier M1 killer to find + hit + hit + carry to hook vs good players at the start of the game? When every resource is available on the first chase. If you guessed 60-80 seconds then hooray! You figured out that that's what usually happens and against good survivors the other 3 have been on gens from the start of the game which means you have 1 hook and survivors are 3/5 gens done or about to be done. Maybe you have pop or scourge hooks and managed to every so slightly save one but survivors are still over 50% of the way done and you as a killer are 8% of the way done.
Now if we pretend every game is required by DBD law to have at least one urban evading/chest rummaging/totem breaking/challenge completing/memeing player then yeah sure, it's not a big deal but against good teams you are just coded to lose if you don't play Blight/Spirit/Nurse and that is terrible design.

I understand how you feel. Dead Hard does need to get hit with something because it's way too imbalanced in its current state. Circle of Healing too.

If you're takin 60-80 seconds to down that first guy, that is not the games fault. If you see your first guy running towards a good main building or an area with multiple strong pallets, there is nothing stopping you to like.. find some one else...
Also try to identify a 3 gen and maintain it, if you play it correctly you put survivors into a very difficult situation.

That's the main problem if you are going to have a tool for anti tunneling don't make it where survivors can be up the killers crotch and use it as a barrier.

I agree. Old DS had that problem as survivors used it as an invincibility shield. DS is in the best spot it’s ever been though.

I don't think you understand my point. So you invested X seconds and the survivor gets to a strong loop so you turn around and leave and then the survivor calls out the direction you are heading in and then that survivor over there starts pre-holding w....what are you going to do now? At least 2 gens have been completely un-contested making progress while you have done all this too.
There's a reason so many people hate high skill DBD and this is the reason why. Again if we pretend we have survivors who completely ignore the terror radius or something and don't pay attention or are not 100% focused on gen efficiency then sure, it's not a big deal but the fact that the game -can- be played in this matter is absolutely ridiculous.
Also are you really proposing you can down a survivor as Trapper in the first chase in a sub 50 second time?

How are you playing as killer that you get survivors like these? What perks are you using? What add-ons? The best ones? Are you tunneling, slugging? (A lot) If yes, I'm not surprised you get these survivors.

Doesn't matter they all use it for the most part weather you're a clown with a meme build, a sweaty nurse or a camping bubba the meta build always seems to show up on at least one survivor.

Which is why you keep seeing forums of x perk needs to be nerfed or x killer needs buffs etc etc it keeps happening and people just want to voice their stuff because it keeps happening.

You can't expect to get baby survivors or average players if you are competent as you say. You get players for your skill.

It's the most used Survivor perk for a reason, it's 100% a pure crutch.

I agree with you, Dead Hard feels so broken and quite frankly weird... Maybe nerf it so that it only applies to basic attacks.... no longer you can used it against Special Attacks or traps for that matter as a fair trade off; for being too good at timing your dead hard to avoid a hit or use it nor slight distance gain. Especially for whenever I play Huntress and a Survivor somehow managed avoid being hacheted because they dead hard through the huge hit box; while running in a straight line from me. I felt the lag and saw the hit; but the lag immediately tells me... I have no hit.
Sure, Good Killer's can try to mind the Dead Hard and bait it; but.... Good Survivor can try to read the Killer's reactions; especially if they are average and low minded; you can used it equally. So a nerf to Special Attacks and going through Traps would be a solid change for me.

Killers might cry about things that they shouldn't (current DS and BT). But, maybe, dead hard might give too much power into the survivor's hands also.

It works too well, far outside its intended range. I rarely saw people be able to predict me faking their deadhard and then getting close to hit, but they save it and deadhard before my mini swipe, but now it happens all the damn time because of "validation".
