Impossible to repair a Gen from one side

Map: The new one (dont know the english name)
Like my Screenshot show, I cant repair the Gen from this side. The other Jake tried it too, but it was also impossible for him.

Can confirm, on Eyrie of crows all generator under tree can't be repaired from the side that have a small root(there is another gen spawn point under a tree next to the killer shack that is at the opposite corner of the map from the exemple screenshot he posted),
