Iri hatchets are still a problem.

I actually think it's balanced this way, unless the huntress is god tier, you can easily juke a hatchet and that's it, it's a 110% killer (or a 115% with that other iri addon). Still, your idea about the iri button might be even stronger than how it is now, depending on the distance. it's not hard or uncommon for a good huntress to hit a survivor at, let's say, 15 mt. It could get out of hand giving that you'd allow more hatchets with a distance condition.
Again, I see it fine as it is, and not a lot of people complain, just don't let her get close. Same as bubba, you can't complain he's OP because "if he's close it's 100% a down"

Perhaps, but as it stands it's balanced better than bubba's chainsaw, so why mess with it?

Pretty much this.
I get the argument that bad huntresses can just get up almost close enough for an m1 to get a down with them, but she is slow and has so much warning that she's coming. Add to that she gets 1, so a single juke and she's back to being an m1 killer
