I think the reasoning they've given in the past for it being 1.5x is because it's a week instead of weekend.

Blood Rush is 1.5x BP. Blood Hunts are the 2x BP. Blood Feast was 3x BP.

That's awesome, but I prefer writing an essay that requires 15 pages on Word and making presentations on PowerPoint than playing in the current state of the game.

Is there a reason why those events give so little bonus bloodpoints? I mean, we had tripple bloodpoint weekends years ago, when there weren´t 26 killers and 29 survivors around. Can´t imagine how a new player must feel, when he sees how much bloodpoints he needs to unlock everything.
Wouldn´t it be better to either completely reduce the grind and/or give more bloodpoints during those kind of events?

I'm playing since 2018 and I've never seen a Blood Feast, I don't know if I've missed some in my breaks or there haven't been any in years.

There has been a total of 1 Blood Feast in all of dbd history, and it was right at the very beginning when Legacy was being rewarded.

Various reasons, but one of the main ones is the impact it has on the game. The higher the multiplier, the more people want to farm. We don't particularly mind farming so long as you aren't forcing people who don't want to, but it does get in the way for people who just want to play the game. It's not a huge deal when it's just one weekend, but it can get pretty tiring after an entire week.
As for the grind, we mentioned in our last Q&A that we're working on a new design prestiging. It's still a little ways out so I can't spill any beans on it just yet, but there are things in the works.
You didn't miss any, don't worry. It was a one time thing to see just how far we can push things before things get crazy. (Needless to say, we found that limit.)

Do not worry, a fix is coming a long time from now, this should suffice in the mean time to fix the problem that gets exponentially worse every time they add content to the game.
