Request for a Nerf to a combination
Just had a game against an Oni, and something popped up that actually made the game SUPER unfair on the killer's side.
The catch? It was nothing to do with what the killer had, but what a survivor had. Specifically, No Mither.
I can understand the mechanics between the two of them, and seperately, it's fine. However, this combination alone had allowed the Oni to immediately get to his Demon Fury mode in less than 15-20 seconds into the match.
Is there a way, Devs, that you could look into this matter and adjust how No Mither works in tandem with the Oni's ability, somehow?

Probably just rework No Mither to having something to do with Endurance/Deep Wounds rather than Broken.
Or something like instead of suffering from Deep Wound you instead become Broken for 60/50/40s without ever having to perform the Mend Action.

I’m sorry you had to deal with that, but think of it this way. How often do you see a no mither user? Maybe 1 every 50 games and that’s being generous. Now what are the chances that you see a no mither user and on top of that chance you face an Oni? Pretty low. Point is I think the chance of it happening is too low to call for a change for that specifically.

I believe they already touched on this very thing, they said perks should not counter killer powers and I agree, if everyone had No Mither and they didnt' drop blood orbs then it would be literally impossible for Oni to get his power. I'm aware this is an extreme example but the fact remains that it shouldn't be an option even if extremely unlikely, also No Mither is the "hard mode" perk for survivors and with that in mind I see no issue with it giving Oni blood orbs.

Okay, fair point in that regards. I'm just wondering if there's a way for No Mither to avoid being OP for an Oni, even if it's a rare occurrence.

On the flip side No Mither makes Oni's insta-down worthless, reducing his power to just extra mobility. Also look at it from the Oni's side, when I see a No Mither in my matches as Oni it always makes me smile, a big smile and I'll typically let that survivor go if they manage to survivor until the end.

It is literally on you to acknowledge the risk of fueling Oni's Blood Fury if you choose to use No Mither.
