Exhaustion Status-Effect

All Exhaustion Perks are Placed on a Shared-Cooldown.

Survivor's Panting of Breath from Running will build-up 50% Quicker and Last 50%-Longer.(Applies through a Survivor's Injured-State as Well.)

When a Survivor continuously Runs for 8-Seconds, the Survivor will stop Running,and the Run Action will be Placed on a Cooldown of 2.5-Seconds.The Survivor can Spend 2.5-Seconds of Not Running ,In-Between,to Uplift the Time before the Run-Action is Placed on Cooldown.

Rushed-Action-Speeds are Reduced by 15%.


Blood-Echo

When Hooking a Survivor,all Other Injured Survivors are Afflicted by the Hemorrhage-Status-Effect,until Fully-Healed ,and the Exhaustion-Status-Effect for 35/40/45-Seconds

Blood-Echo has an Individual-Cooldown on a Survivor for 45-Seconds.

    Ah yeah, how to make every exhaustion perk trash tier.

    Exhaustion changes - Mechanical changes? Unneeded. Audio changes? Sure, could be more thematic.
