Iron Will & No Mither, A Suggested Swap
Currently, Iron Will reduces the sound of your grunts of pain by 100%. No Mither has, among its many effects, reducing your grunts of pain by 75%.
What if those two were swapped? You'd get lower grunts of pain by running Iron Will if you wanted, something that would be useful but wouldn't guarantee that you'd be inaudible while injured, and in exchange the hefty downside of No Mither's perma-Broken status would be partially offset by being a lot more sneaky.

Sure but you'd be taking away one of the survivor's most beloved perks. I can almost hear the pitchforks and torches being picked up now.

I am all for this.
I don't like the idea of Iron Will completely countering Stridor, and I use neither perks...
it would be kinda fine with No Mither, since you would be perma injured...

Honestly if iron will made it so pain noises where anything lower than 100. why would you run it? like mabye if it was like 90 mabye. but if it only made them 75% or 50% there would be no reason to run it.
tho id rather have every survivor run this than another meta perk we will not name.

You'd run it because being quieter is still useful. I'm not imagining that it'll be run anywhere near as often, but would that be a bad thing? Iron Will is a very common, very strong perk, that probably needs to be brought in line- and once it is brought in line, fewer people are going to want to run it, that's just how the meta works in video games.

I mean, have you ever used No Mither with 75%? You are *QUIET* af. IW would still be a great perk.

This would remove one Survivor Perk from the Meta, which makes it even less diverse than it currently is. Because there is 0 point in running Iron Will if it does not reduce Grunts of Pain by 100%.
And nobody would run No Mither with 100% reduced Grunts of Pain either, since the Downsides of this Perk are way too big. No Mither should reduce Grunts of Pain by 100% anyway, without any swap with Iron Will. It would still be a bad Perk, but at least one Perk Slot is freed up.

No it wouldn't. It'd just free up a slot for Circle.

Agreed, if they give the aura reading to monstruous shrine and remove it from b&c
