Letting yourself die on hook

I think it would be a nice change if letting yourself die on hook wasn’t a option. As killer it’s really annoying when I hook someone and they kill themselves so the other survivor can get the hatch. Besides the struggle phase is just rapidly pressing one button and my rb button on my controller is already messed up from this game.
Idk just a thought I think it would be a nice change

Well by not allowing yourself to die on hook you're basically saying killer go find that 4th person for the 4th kill for free. As far as struggling goes it should be either hold x key/button instead of having to button mash.

Yes but if your looking at it from a more realistic standpoint no one would want to kill themselves they would do everything they can to try and survive

But if I slug him then I won’t be able to find him again unless he stays in same spot or I use deerstalker but I don’t want to waste a perk slot for that plus I would want to use bbq to find the last guy

I tend to see humour where other can't or won't see it so I tend to laugh much more and also get nailed doing while eating drinking.

Usually, I don't really care whether I get the 4th surv or not. Slugging or hatch game is not exciting and takes so much time that could be put to better use by just playing the next match.

Just slug. If you are using bbq you can most of the time see where the slug is when you hook the 4th guy. You could also use whispers. It can help you find the slug easier and it also helps during the game.

survivors can do whatever they want if they want to die the can die i know what youre thinking so that you can find the last survivor so that you cannot slug

Conversely, it's a team game, shouldn't the 3rd person get extra BP if they are successful in allowing the 4th to get the hatch? It's like an unspoken rule now among good survivors to allow the 4th a chance to get the hatch if it's spawned. Why not reward them for helping the team?

Yes, but looking at it from an even more realistic standpoint, why don't the survivors just help each other crawl over the walls, rather than power up and unlock the tallest obstacle in the game. How do killers and survivors realistically see each other through walls, and how is it that blood spurts out with enough force to shoot through your clothing and leaves really noticeable puddles at a rate that would cause loss of consciousness in a rather short amount of time? Realistically, why do the killers drop a survivor off their shoulder after a flashlight was shone in their face?

Because obviously there’s nothing on the other side of the wall

    Can we drop realism?
People getting hooked.through a shoulder, making pools of blood and not dying.

I'll say I'll stay on hook as long as possible if last is camping hatch. ;)
