Jeepers creepers as a killer?

I'm not giving ideas on powers or passive abilities, but I'm asking in terms of since the rights have been sold to worldwide distribution rights to Screen Media. So as far as I can tell, victor has nothing to do with the character anymore. So that being said, would it be possible to now see the creeper in the game?

Maybe? Behind the scenes drama aside I certainly think he’d be a fun killer to have in the game if they could get the license.

BHVR really likes classic horror, but I think the creeper is really unique and if we could eventually get him in the game, I think it would be awesome

I think those movies are pretty much dead. To be honest I’m surprised two other people still remember them.

There’s also some unpleasantness around the writer director. (Google it if you’re interested).

True but the rights were sold to another company and I think that Victor has nothing to do with the character anymore (although I could be wrong)

I didn’t know anyone had bought the rights. That’s surprising to hear.

The last film was number three, I think, which I’m pretty sure came out straight DVD about ten years ago.

I guess they could be trying a “legacy” reboot.

I wouldn’t call the film/killer a classic, although the first film was pretty popular when it came out.

A map / level for the film could be very cool.

Oh yeah I agree, the new movie coming out is ironically called "Jeepers creepers: REBORN"

So maybe it will reboot the franchise? As you said it's an old movie and the character isn't as known as some other's, but we shall see what happens ^^

As much as I enjoyed the first two films and would like him in the game, I think the Devs will err on the side of caution and keep him away from the game. Plenty of other properties with less baggage to pursue .

True, even though his rights aren't victors anymore, I think the involvement he use to have would have alot of hesitation

The pedo isn't making decisions about the franchise, but still collecting checks based off of it. So adding the creature would still profit a pedo, which I am completely against.

Also, from a purely mechanical standpoint, the biggest USP of the creature is that it flies, the devs have said that they don't think flying killers would work, and I personally can't think of a way it would be fair to the survivors. (Talk about being able to ignore loops, just fly over them)
