How to take DBD to the next level and expand greatly, in my opinion

The #1 missing feature in this game, that would single handedly change the game for DBD...

is saved replays.


How many of you would -love- to rewatch a replay from all perspectives after certain matches?


To see what the Killer felt when he was chasing you?

To see how the Survivors felt when you were the Killer?

To see what your really good teammate was doing, and how he looped?

To retrace your steps and see what you missed and your mistakes?

To upload highlights?



This one feature would create so much content for this game, by just allowing people to re-live their already played matches.


I understand the Devs apparently said it would be too much work, but guess what. Once upon a time, League of Legends was in the same position. No replay feature, and the devs said they'd need to start everything from the ground up. Then one day, a third party, a player, came up with a bootleg replay feature that worked. Then after that, RIOT came up with their own version.


I believe DBD can do the same thing. There has to be a way to do it without it being too much trouble.
