I got a solution to fix/balance swf. Don't hate me on my opinion.
How about just disabling voice chat for swf so it's fair for killers since all that voice chat does is give away the killers location which puts you as killer as a disadvantage when players are using voice chat. Plz remove voice chat.

Nothing, I don't think we should punish people for wanting to play together, I think we should focus on the issue of solo players being fairly weak and relying on good match placement to win most of the time. Not only that, but there is also the issue of certain killers being naturally unviable against good teams, and the list of problems with maps.

There's no way the devs could enforce this. If they lost their minds and tried they'd be breaking laws and contracts.
I play on on console on Xbox, and the party chat is separate from whatever game we might be playing. Could even be different games. So the devs couldn't know if comms are in use anyway. And I believe Microsoft mandated any game they accept cannot interfere with the chats in any way.
Unenforceable.
