@Aven_Fallen wants c33 and speed addons nerfed too,not "just alch ring ",and he always have this "you don't need it" phrase,like yeah,we don't but we want to use,and c21 already got a nerf,then we will get blighted tag (requires skill),and people will complain about it too. We'll end up with useless addons just like Nemmy,if suvivors have strong stuff we need strong stuff too.

All of this addons add a bit of sweat into the build for Blight,if you want to win,it will help,but killers aren't allowed to want to win,then we get to a point,that killer's addons have been nerfed so much we have nothing to work with.

I'm just scared of BHVR dude,the problem is that they don't know how to do #########,they will nerf the addons AND basekit Blight,mark my words,this already happened to other killers in the past,this creates an effect of fear (at least for me) of the devs balancing something because they will change what nobody asked for

This is starting to give me flashback to the billy debate before his "rework" where the vast majority of players are completely okay with and really enjoy blights base kit but he had a few outlier addons that make him busted. ISTG if they do an addon pass and also touch his base kit I'm gonna sue buvr for mental damages.

Mostly fine? Overheat tends to not be a problem a surprising amount of the time, and most (not all, but most) of his add-ons work properly. Some even have effects that work with his perks, which is pretty wizard.
What were we talking about? The upcoming Blight add-on pass?

Blight is one of the best designed killers in the game though? Top tier, fun for both sides, takes skill to win with but not without counter-play for the survivors.
Sure, his add-ons can be OP AF and need to be nerfed (Alch ring mainly) but Base Blight is perfect

Look at these blight mains talking how balanced their killer is.
Let me point out few things.
-His best addons do not have downside.
-Hug tech is not an intended mechanic Mr. Blight mains.
-He is a no brain killer look at compound 21, alchemist ring, insta down, compound 33 and his speed addons that once again do not have any downside.
-The blight can hit survivor when they are not even on the screen(i can show you few clips)
-Also playing Blight is not that hard, just learn hug tech(exploit) and use compound 21.
So yes Blight is not balanced.

Which killer can find Survivors easily just by using addons?
-The Blight
-Survivors are waiting for corrupt to end and the killer has either compund 21(that reveals their aura) or compund 33 that shows that they are hindered.
You just go to corrupted gens and find someone because you see their aura because of stupid addon or the compound 33 status on top right. Literally free hit because of it.
If you're saying "He's fine"

Add-ons are meant to be a buff item, Just like items for survivors which has no downside at all.
Hug tech is an intended mechanic now, BHVR said it.
He is a pretty much mindgame oriented killer, you just can't run like a braindead rat like you can do with other killers.
Any killers can hit survivor when they are not even on the screen.
Playing blight is certainly hard, because otherwise survivors should know at least some counters for him, so people like you won't happen to exist.

What, like standing around the corrupted gen? Why would they do that instead of go find one that isn't? At that point, I don't think the add-on is what is causing the issue.

Literally still have to chase down and catch them for the hit, so isn't free. Also again, why are they standing around one of the 3 corrupted gens and not going to one of the 4 open ones? And as I previously pointed out, more than half the killer roster has the ability to easily find you if you are going to sit around a corrupted gen picking your nose...
If your issue is "this killer can easily find me while I'm sitting around watching a corrupted gen". That's not something we can balance around. Don't wait for corrupt intervention to end, go to an unblocked gen.

Exactly, thatโs why if I get downed by a blight or see my teammates go down by a blight exploiting I donโt see it as a loss or even an outplay, itโs just the killer using an exploit that shouldnโt even be possible.

Except it's not an exploit because we all know the devs fix Killer exploits in under 24 hours.
Just because YOU think it's an exploit does not mean the game should be changed to fit your opinion. The Survivor Rulebook For Killers is not real.

If you miss every rush but land the last one, you still get Alc Ring. It also eliminates the Survivors being able to run away.
Adrenaline Vial and Shredded Notes have downsides and even at their nuttiest, cannot eliminate Survivors running away.

Please try using some logic here, you spawn on bot side on suffocation pit as the Blight, logically they will not spawn mid or bot, they will spawn on the top side. You rush to top side and you can just find someone with compound, hiding at corrupted gens or not, hiding behind a rock, slowly moving to bot/mid, its dumb and should be removed.
Trust me its not an exploit my source is (trust me)

It's easy to believe you are always correct when you abjectly refuse to consider any new information. It doesn't make you right, but if it makes you happy, go on ahead and believe it.
If a simple reveal mechanic has you this much in arms, (to where you are misattributing my statements to others, and completely failing to appreciate my masterful puns) I'd hate to see what you would do facing a competent doctor main, lol. Fact is, over half the roster has a way to reveal survivors, and blight's isn't any more powerful than the rest. You can learn to play against him, but I gather you find it far more rewarding to claim he is impossible to face

Things can be good without being overpowered. Blightโs base kit/add-ons like Blighted Crow and Rat are that. There are things that can be good and overpowered. Alchemist Ring is like that. Just cause itโs good doesnโt inherently make it need a downside attached to it, such as add-ons, if the benefit isnโt overpowered.

- It does have a hard maximum. You can turn up to roughly 90 in a single flick. The 180 tricks you see people do are via preturning 90 degrees and then flicking, or flicking, attacking to reset the turn amount, and flicking the rest of the way.

I never said that he is impossible to face, I am stating facts. You are just poor blight main that will cry when his unbalanced addons will get nerfed. You can come scrim.

Blight is alright, couple of his add ons are a bit broken, but then theyre add ons so i agree they should give an advantage.
I have more of an issue when hes able to turn around 2 corners and do stuff the devs obviously didnt design for him to do. Hes meant to be a straight line pin ball with a limited turn angle. He becomes broken when he can turn round 2 corners of shack, get in the door and still hit you. ๐

The sliding is literally intended by McLean (his literal creator) though. He explicitly has mentioned he wants Blight to be able to pick when to slam and slide.

As I said, mothers helpers with spirit fury and enduring. (it's literally power bulb after you get stunned)
And if you dont wanna run lopro chains or double engraving you can run green engraving with muffler.

Lol Blight is definitely not a no brain killer, even with his good addons. He's definitely not easy to master.
Of course, some of his addons need to be nerfed, and his exploits should be removed as well.
On the other hand, it would be awesome if they could actually make his collision work reliably, without him sliding off of certain objects and getting stuck in certain areas.
His lung hit box is also fine. He needs it because of his lower turn rate while lunging. Survivors can even dodge his lunge if they play it right and don't get screwed by connection, although that is very situational.
Making it harder to hit survivors with his lunge would not be a good idea at all. if the hitbox width would be decreased, the turn rate of Blight's lunge would have to be increased as well.
