Rank reset after disconnecting

in Bug Reporting

So i don't know if it's a normal thing but my internet stopped working for around 20 seconds and i got disconnected from a dbd game. And because of this my rank dropped from red 3 to ash 4. Does anyone know anything about it?

    The same thing happened to me but I just restarted the game and it's back to normal.

    It has happened here as well my Survivor and Killer Rank are Reset

    Happened here, too. Had to quite the game and start it again to fix it, but this bug does make me panic.

    It's the new DC penalty

    after disconnected ban lifted, just play your rank will be levelling up again to the previous rank

    I got the same problem, I DCed for connective issues and my rank is at an ash 4, iridescent 4 was my previous :/ any ideas?
