Map Mobility Proposal for killer
The game feel bit too slow and harsh for killers, these days. Especially when Holding W and Map Design/Issue is a key aspect in which Survivors can literally make to any strong or decent tiles and make it there in time.
Crazy life improvement change I would love to see, is what if Killer's Movement Speed outside of chase is buffed to like 5 meters per second. (Instead of the Standard 4.6 or 4.4 m/s) as this gives any Killer the ability to patrol the map well, especially since the Devs are very agaisnt the nerfing of Gen Repair Speed, fixing Survivor's Map Spawns, or balancing certain tiles in any maps.
Before you all get vocal about.... What about certain Killer's like Wraith's Clocking Speed or powerful slow killer like Nurse being able to catch up so quickly. Well, I did say all Killer's based is buff while outside of Chase; so that means Survivors will not only need to constantly aware (as always), but they would need to engage with the killer in a chase as much of the time as much as possible to reduce their powerful base speed back to regular speed. Losing a chase can be bit risky and Holding W shouldn't be the most meta strategy when the Killer's need to catch up in like 20 or so seconds.
Of course, I wouldn't mind scraping this idea, if the game is more balanced for both sides and more quality of life improvement for Killer players are met. I just want to know what you think?

Either that or the equivalent of E for killers, where they get a sudden boost in speed similar to the Blight Serum but on cooldown and not blocking your base ability. Gap Closers currently only exist on some killers, and everyone else is kind of left holding the bag. I'd also almost say make Agitation base kit as well, just so if the survivor tries to run you to the corner of the map you can more quickly hook them.

I would say decrease the map size. Almost to the point where holding Shift+W isn't the best strat anymore. Shift W is so good now, cuz it brings the killer away from the objective so easily, even if the survivor goes down fast.
With making maps smaller, you decrease the chances of the killer not being close an objective. And all survivors will be closer together at all times.

I Agree, if they are not going to reduce the map size; I would love my proposal too; since Survivors can easily get alot of distance with the speed boost to make out to a strong loop and Pallet/window in time.
It is either toning down the size of maps.... or buffing all Killer's Movement Speed outside of chase; so that they can either make it in time to the fleeing Survivor or used the Speed to patrol and go after other Survivors, especially when they are about to fix a gen.

Corrupt or deadlock basekit. Done. Fast killers can mantain their identity and strength. Anti loop slow killer not get the speed and became broken.

I would also be down with that compromise; either perks would be quite rewarding or decent enough slowdown to reward killers for going for hooks and engaging with chase. And as I said before; my proposal only works on any killer when outside of a chase; so that Survivors will need to start a chase in order to slow the killer down to base speed.
