A change to disconnection penalties

It is quite frustrating when one of your teammates just DC on you and you can't dc to move onto the next game without taking a ban, and neither can the killer. A simple yet useful change could be to just let the survivors or killers freely disconnect without any penalties IF any one DCs. Now this could be abused by SWFs to disconnect more often but that could also be countered by a system that checks if people are in a SWF and applies the penalties on them accordingly.
