Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

The lack of a gamma slider, especially on console, is unacceptable.

Any modern game you can think of has a gamma slider, even horror games (which DBD isn't really one). With how dark some recent map reworks are, I think it would make sense to add some sort of gamma or saturation slider. It doesn't have to be extremely robust, just a simple number you can change like with sensitivity or resolution scaling.

PC players get filters, which are actually semi-officially supported by BHVR as shown with NVIDIA filters, so why don't console players get something aswell?

You could make the argument that you can just change television settings but I don't think that's fair. People don't use their consoles, PCs, televisions, etc exclusively for Dead by Daylight. Using those massively increased brightness settings on other games would be ridiculous, and having to manually change brightness settings whenever you hop on DBD is also ridiculous.

TL;DR: every modern game has a gamma slider and this game is hella dark so give us one
