If you want to make grades reflect playtime, and goal of the game is 2k/2e, can you fix emblems.
It doesn't makes sense that killer basically has to 4k to get ONE pip, when goal of the game is clearly not that.
Fix it, make it so it is possible to pip up at red grade WITHOUT killing more than three people.
Also, depipping doesn't makes sense, why we have it when emblems are not used for MMR anyway, remove it.
current emblem system promote intentionally reducing MMR to farm weaker opponent, it's unhealthy for game.
those things should reward balanced matches, not noobstomping.

As your MMR get close to how good you actually play, 2k2e wil be too common so you can't constant pip, especailly in red rank, grade reflects play time goal is a joke for killers. You kill too fast, no red enblem, sorry. You hook someone and his teamate just hide in lockers and don't try to un hook, no red enblem, sorry. So basically killers get punished for playing too good or surviviors be coward jerks?

Agreed, and once again get rid of the stupid ass depip. It makes no sense in the current game and only ads insult to a bad game, often outside your control.

2K/2E does not mean that every game is expected to end in a 2K/2E. The average overall should be around that.
So a Killer can get 4Ks and pip or double-pip, but there will also be games where a Killer gets a 0K.

If game averages out 2k/2e, killers can't pip up at all.
4K is necessity for EVEN ONE pip basically all the time, and if you only got 2k the chances are you will get depip.
