Survivors can literally still bully killers while perkless I don't know what to tell you.
Maps are a bigger issue than perks ever will be, with the exception of maybe Circle of Healing pushing any killer that doesn't commit to chases from "bad but you can kinda play them" to "literally unwinnable with this perk".

I don't mind unbreakable, but Dead Hard, Circle of Healing and DS make survivors basically equivalent to an A tier killer. It's so dumb in a horror game, the victims are more powerful than the scary killers.

You want survivors to spawn on hooks? They already almost never escape. The killer meta is what needs a nerf. Make the game fair again.

While yes, they can still bully killers perkless, guess what? They can't do it effectively lol. Unless they are playing against a bad killer, bullying without running crutches is kinda impossible.

A good portion of survivors that rely on those perk are stuck in a gameplay loop; they use the perks because they play recklessly and play recklessly because they use those perks.

Well survivors were doing fine without CoH, and if they nerf DH they will swap to SB which is probably worse

Eh. I prefer playing against Sprint Burst, and I am not even a Dead Hard Hater. But like, the skill gap is larger for sprint burst and survivor mains are sus. I would take my chances.

YOu do realize escape rates taking a nose dive would lead to killer nerfs, right?
If the kill rate hovers around 50% with these perks, what do you think it would be without them?
So, in theory, it survivors have so many second chances, and viable tactics and still die at a 50% rate, killers are actually doing ok.

It's true that especially at higher level gameplay they heavily rely on Dead Hard and DS. Boons are strong but i think with current "chase" meta (either 1-shot or just chase and hook, hit&run is dead), Dead hard is the one perk which is the crutch. Boons can be gamechanging but with dead hard expanding nearly every chase nowadays, they should finally nerf it.

With survivors having those perks, 90% of the killers already have more than 50% killrate... so you want even more nerfs for survivor? why is it so hard for killer mains to understand that second chance perks are needed for survivor since they can actually die at the start of the game. Killers dont need it BECAUSE THEY CANT DIE...
If survivors are able to kill the killer in the first 3 minutes by "tactics" like camping and tunneling which you cant do anything about, then you would also want some extra perks to stay in the game. At least try to look through the eyes of survivor ones in a while when you play. Not every survivor wants the killer to have a bad day, some people like to play a GAME and have some FUN....

As a killer main it is not a problem. it's easily baited out and half the time kills the survivor instead of helping them. it's only OP in niche scenarios when they use it to make it to a pallet or window they otherwise wouldn't have gotten

The thing is, the kill rate is what it is because now killers mostly need to tunnel and camp. It's really not healthy for the game.
Not having to eat a DH after eating pallets in the Game or some other busted map would reduce the time pressure.

You know what's even more broken. Like how survivors can escape from the hook at all. They should just bleed out after the first hook. Then survivors would really be scared.

You've made quite the statement there and you just state is as fact. What evidence can you offer me to show me that this game heavily favors survivors. Is there some streamer out there escaping with 2 or more survivors 100 matches in a row in soloQ? In competitive matches are survivors beating Nurse and Blight with generators to spare? Are killers getting 0 kills even when resorting to face camping with one shot down powers?
