funny you say can survivor beat Nurse and Blight (Nurse and Blight) are they the only killers? no most killer complaining are tho who don't play tho killer or don't want to I mean what the point of having so many killers if only 2 can handle high lvl play.
survivor don't complain like killer do because survivors are just skins where killers are not.

These aren't niche scenarios, a good survivor will constantly do that and expand the chase. A good surv never just dead hards out in the open into nowhere. There is a reason you see it on 90% of all survivors at high mmr.

Nurse was disabled because of a bug. DH is bugged so disable it for awhile.

i would be already happy if devs will finally change and rework COMPLETELY dead hard... regarding CoH i would gladly revert the nerf (and toggle the noise that it will generate) but at 1 condition: survivors as a team can use it only once par trial (making them like killer hexes: high risks/high rewards). ds should be disabled when entering a locker or during the endgame cause at this point you aren't being tunneled anymore, but at the same time it should be possible using it more than once, in that way it will become a fully anti tunnel perk

Only perk that's needs adjusting is DH (its distance needs to be nerfed)
Other than that no other perks are really strong, alot of maps could do with balancing from removing pallets on the game to making some maps smaller.

What if...DH can only be used when healthy, thrust Killer to stun them, but the result is the user get into dying state.

I forgot bullying in this game didn't exist before CoH.
Also Unbreakable? Really? Nobody is bullying you with Unbreakable, you took a chance on the slug and got burned. You could always do this crazy new killer strat called picking up the survivor and hooking them and then their perk is magically countered and useless.

This is the equivalent of saying watch a pro golfer hit with a 7 iron off the drive and it doesn’t go as far.
Nerf all the best killer perks and watch the kill rate plummet.
See how nerfing everything isn’t the fix you might think it is? The solution is better game design, always has been always will until they actually fix it.

Maybe a slight less escape becuz those perks are mainly used by SWF and we know SWF are high ranked usually and being SWF the real minority while newbies being the most we wont notice it such much.

All they have to do is change dead hard from being two perks in one to just one.
Grants distance doesn't negate hit.
Avoids killer swing but no distance. (Like a funny dodge).
There balanced.
Maps have more than enough pallets and safe loops to abuse.

Be that as it may, neither BHVR nor most forum killers want to trade being able to tunnel and camp for a rebalance around not using those tactics. So those stay the norm.

So what you want is for killers to have a fair shot when playing normally, but also just get to keep their tactics that are absolutely no fun and arguably too powerful.
"Listen, we can have a fair knife fight if YOU drop your gun. I'll be holding onto mine though. Just in case."

Personay believe this is a bait but i can't be certain 🤔
However for the people who genuinely believe we should nerf all those perks, here's the problem.
- Highest rank survivors will be fine, except vs Nurse and Blight.
- Low rank survivors (where killer is stronger) will be completely destroyed and probably leave the game.
- High rates will go up, leading the devs to consider buffing survivors and nerfing the top tier killers.
- Killers will find something else to complain about like Deliverance or For The People.
Overall the game will be in a worse state.

If you start making changes to survivors to make them even weaker than they are now, then these killers will become even more oppressive than they are right now. I can agree with you that other killers could use slight changes to their powers to have them be in a better state overall, but I disagree that survivors as a whole should be made weaker.

You won't spend time arguing with him because he's right, you have absolutely no argument to make. You have no data, in fact, the developers data shows the exact opposition of what you are saying, as every killer is above a 50% kill rate. Sad panda is sad.

Why nerf Pop... 25% is nothing given repair times
Scourge Hook... PR only does 15% (which doesn't take that long to repair)
Lightborn... I think the giving a false blind would be fun
NOED... Fine I agree (but how)
Ruin.... Only works on Gens that aren't being worked on by Survivors... and gets Cleansed/ Booned over within the first minute of the match (I don't run this perk)
Undying... only has one use and the second effect is worthless
Devour Hope... if you let it go then it becomes strong (I can see NOED being changed but Devour Hope? Really?)
Corrupt Intervention... Only lasts for 120 seconds and works off of Killer spawn (plus something like this is needed)
Jolt... Why??? This perk is only good with M1 Killers... also only does 6% loss of progress (which is like 2-3 seconds of repair time)
DMS... Why cause you don't like the change to it?
Oppression... applies base regression to multiple gens (that have progress) or sends a "difficult" skillcheck to a Gen with Survivors repairing it... apon kicking a Gen
That's a lot of perks... for the 3 mentioned in the OP... Some of them yes I do admit needs changes but the others not really

Exactly. But I honestly feel like it would be better to simply buff killers, by nerfing survivors as a whole, your buffing killers like Blight, Spirit, and Nurse, who are all strong killers.

Corrupt deactivates. Deadlock is easily countered by spreading up on gens lol. Ruin and Undying can be deactivated, so try again.

How are early game perks "Crutch" Perks. Like did I miss something or did we change the definition of "crutch"?
*Deadlock isn't just an early game perk, it's useful through out the match to slightly slow gen speed down (but that still doesn't make it a crutch perk, it's used throughout the match not just in a crutch situation to turn the tide in your favor).

So what happens when they nerf these "crutch" perks, and killer still lose. You gonna blame other perks for why you lose. Perks are not the issue, it's the maps. Maps are either too big or have to many safe pallets. In my eyes dead dawg is the best map in game. Small size. Pallets aren't that safe. If breakable walls weren't place poorly it be the best map balance wise

I'm just saying that all the perks that were listed by the maker of this discussion are the same thing as these. They dont need to be changed. As a survivor main I'm just saying how would it feel if if those perks got nerfed for killer
