Please allow us to see the killers name in pregame lobby.
Just had a match where a trapper tunneled and flexed it in messages because I killed him as Blight.... I'm sick and tired of getting boring matches with the exact same players. Allow us to see the killers name for the love of Christ.

Some people are just Krazy, but I do agree, there is probably more to this. And if not, well... At least it is just a Trapper main. Like, it could be worse. You could have pissed off an alpha chad Bubba.

That wouldnt work because the game will have to process it by restarting their game. Also by the time they change it they will be in another match

Bs we killers do this all the time because we can see the names so the survs should do to. The only difrence is that survs don't see the killer so they can't dodge specific killers

I've played a lot of bad trials in DBD, but I've never bothered remembering anyone's name.

I don't care about the names, since they can change them, but I would welcome being able to see the killer's ping in the lobby, so I can dodge if they have a high ping. I don't fancy getting 5km hits at windows.

I think the most reasonable would be to ask for the opposite so the killer don't see survivors' names. Seeing a killer would be would be problematic, what if they're streaming, then you can see their entire build and prepare for that.

Half of the playerbase can’t do that. Most people won’t because it’s an absurd waste of time.

I’ve said a few times I think players simply shouldn’t see anybody in the lobby period. That’s how DbD mobile does it and it works fine, and that way pretty much eliminates lobby dodging which is one of the causes of mismatches.

I think ping should be able to be seen. Other than that everybody's names should be hidden.

I thin seeing the name of the killer would be a good thing don't know why it's not a thing but the other way around its a good way to dodge potential hacker. I never played mobilem cant you see the survs as killer there? I think seeing them is a good thing so you can adjust your build slightly to accommodate items they bring they have the advantage of mass so we get the advantage of preparation

No on mobile you click ready and then don’t see anybody, the “lobby” is hidden from you and you don’t see any other players until it starts the match.

I think if he tunnels you more than one match there is case for harassment. Provided you can prove he avoided all other survivors just to target you.
That is the edge case I see for allowing survivors to see the killer name. If the playpool is small enough you see the same killers often, it will only increase the number of dodged lobbies, which is already breaking matchmaking.
I think it would be better to just have the killer see temporary survivor names that are easy to remember, and only at the end of the match see username. This way a killer can differentiate 4 Fengs if trying not to tunnel.

That's not how it works on mobile. On mobile when you click ready and it puts you in a lobby it doesn't let you leave it unless there aren't enough players in the lobby.
