Wake Up! is crashing the game when equipped by survivors
And it's giving killers a DC penalty. Seemingly on all platforms, I'm unsure as to how frequently but it definitely seems more than minimally. Crash occurs when the gates are powered and Wake Up! is equipped.

I've heard it's at end game when the person with wake up uses the gate if this helps.

I'm out getting curry rn but I can try and get a video when I'm back home - unfortunately don't wanna be using it as survivor to get this clip because I'll be forcing someone's game to crash so I'll have to hope someone rose has it equipped if it doesn't crash customs. Can confirm Wake Up is crashing killer games. At first I thought killers were DCing on me, but after 3 different killers in a row that DC'd at exactly 95% progress, I don't think it's a coincidence.

After some testing I did with a friend in KYF.
Wake Up users has to be opening the game, doesn't matter if it's due to all gens being done or hatch has been closed. Once the gate reaches 95%, then the game will crash and close on the killers end.

I thought I was just going against super salty killers and they could enjoy their DC penalty, when in reality I was the one handing out DC penalties to them.

Okay, update!!
Happens with any killer (tested using Hillbilly)
Happens on any map (tested using Coal Tower)
The game will crash as soon as a survivor with Wake Up! interacts with an Exit Gate Switch in any way.
The game doesn't recognise the crash for a moment, leading to what @CakeDuty observed with the 95% mark- that's when the game registers a crash if the survivor remains on the Exit Gate non-stop.
Video evidence being edited right after I post this; will most likely not post publicly because the only way to record my Switch is through my phone + that shows my face.
