Sadako - give Exposed condition on fully Condemned survivors

Having played Sadako a bunch of times now, one minor aspect that I think feels just a bit off is that she doesn’t instant down fully Condemned survivors. It’s not even so much a balance question as it just -feels- wrong that when on the rare occasion someone is fully Condemned where she probably has to hit them twice just to down them and then finally kill them off. Given how difficult it is to actually build up to that seven stacks on someone and then finally get to them before they can use the tape it’s anticlimactic to have them then be in a normal chase needing two hits to get the payoff.

I suggest that, similar to Rancor, a fully Condemned survivor be Exposed. That would definitely heighten the tension for them and her and make that chase to the TV even tighter. Plus, honestly, her Condemned effect could probably use a slight boost still and this would be a nice way to help on that end.

    I think that'd be fine. Fixes condemnation being largely a non-threat on death hook.

    Either that or increase duration of the action of playing a tape.
