Option to disable Onrio lobby JUMPSCARE

In PTB you were able to turn her away and she would teleport some other way instead of jump scaring you, but since she came on live, if you turn her away she turns facing you before the jumpscare. I love her gameplay, but I literally can't play her bcs of the lobby jumpscare. The Mori jumpscare is fine since I know it's comming.

For those that will reply with "Dbd is supposed to be a scary game dude". When was the last time u had a jumpscare like that in the game? Hag traps would be the closes thing to it, but not even comparable.

There is a very awkward way of dodging the jumpscare. When you level her up you constantly switch away from her to another killer after she fully crawled out the well and when you queue in for a game you Alt-Tab out.

TLDR: Sadly until they add an option to remove the lobby jumpscare, I and others like me won't be able to play her.

    It takes her awhile to actually jumpscare you , it seems to be on a very long timer, she also has a very obvious tell when she slowly raise up before doing it so it's not that bad.

    An option would be nice i guess but since it took them so long to add some accessibility settings, i doubt they would add this anytime soon.

    I am entirely for adding this option, but fun fact!! You can actually know when it's coming because she'll stand fully upright and her hair will begin to move first, before she jumps you. Temporary solution

    Not much you can do while spending Bloodpoints or changing perks and addons, but if you're simply queued and waiting you can choose Customize and select a Charm slot to replace her with a hook and not be jump-scared at all. (This also works for noisy killers like Demogorgon and Oni.)

    Ok then it is justified.

    I also don´t mind giving options to customize things. But i don´t think it is high on a priority list - if ever.

    They last time i got jumpscred really hard was when i just was on a gen, the other surv ran, i turned around and a Myers was just lunging at me at this moment - whoooaaaaa

    Ghostface grabbed me of a gen - it is almost only the stealth killers that can jumpscare these days :-)

    Some people are more sensitive to such things, some users who distribute screamers are even banned. Screamers can cause epileptic seizures and more. I hope in the future it will be possible to disable additional animations. Personally, I myself react very strongly to such things in the form of panic attacks. Hope the devs listen to this feedback.

    I agree, not everyone has the same physical abilities to give with the jumpscare, but i think, we don't need to go that far and have an addon for that. Just one option to disable it on game

    Just you wait until we get Springtrap as a killer on the anniversary chapter, he's bound to have a lobby jumpscare himself due to the nature of his franchise.
