Hillbilly chainsaw with noise buffer bug

Playing v a hilly billy, he had the addon to cancel noise of his chainsaw out side terror radius but the noise was Cancelled completely. Couldn’t tell when he was going to use his chainsaw. This must be a bug
this is the first time I’ve seen this

Just had another game same hilly billy with zero chainsaw sound

Yup, my friend and I just went against a hillbilly using this addon as well. No sound at no time. He was also using the addon that would grant the undetectable status effect after using the chainsaw for more than 2 seconds, but he had no sound at all. Even when charging behind you.
