New Killer
I've been watching a lot of movies lately and I absolutely loved every part of ,,Jeepers Creeps". I think ,,The Creeper" would make a great killer.I have an idea what his power could be but I don't have a name for it yet, basically I think it could be something like he smells all the people like he does in the movies and then he chooses one of the survivors and for something like 1 minute he can deal increased damage to this survivor. I have another idea about his power and it could be that he has his shurikens and he can throw them at targets and he has for example 5 shurikens and each recharges for 15 seconds. His weapon could be his axe and his kill animation could be something like he eats the survivor eyes, head or tongue. Let me know what you all think about this kind of killer or if he would be way too broken.

Won't happen due to the issues relating to the creator. Not many people would be willing to give them money

He'd be an excellent addition but think there are other licences they'll go to over the creeper for various reasons. He hunts on fear, so he'd probably have a bunch of obsession perks and perhaps would get a bonus for hunting the obsession and tormenting them. Others have said that he could probably be able to fly directly upwards in order to get a birds eye view of the map, but obviously the flaw of that would be indoor maps.

i've been mentioning a jeepers creepers chapter, along with the likes of: (granted most of them would be unusable either via licensing or just the size of them and they wouldnt translate to video games well )

I understand the problem with Victor Salva, neither do I want to give him any money.I think there could be a way to add ,,The Creeper" into the game without him getting anything. With that aside I don't think i would be the only one who thinks ,,The Creeper" would be a great addition to the game.

Thanks to how copyright laws work, there isn't. "The Creeper" is a character owned by... him, and anything using or involving the IP of Jeepers Creepers, or the character of The Crepeer, will give money to him, or following his death will give money to his estate for 100 years, when the character and IP become free for public use.

In part 2 I think he had something like shurikens,he was throwing them at people and at the tires of the bus.Pretty sure they are not called shurikens but I don't know what they are called.

Yes - the creeper would be an AMAZING killer in the game - but the man who holds the cards is... well.. an actual creeper.
Until someone else handles the IP, Behavior won't be caught dead making a financial investment in him.
