Kill/escape count based cosmetics

So i have been thinking a lot about this for some time now, but does the concept of kill/escape count based cosmetics sound like a cool idea? Just to explain further, I believe the devs should implement different cosmetics for survivors and killers based off how many escapes/kills you have with said character. For example, if you are a hillbilly main and you have 100 kills, you should unlock a cosmetic for hillbilly that shows you have 100 kills. Or if you are a meg main and you are able to get 100 escapes with Meg, you should be able to unlock a cosmetic that shows you have over 100 escapes with her. To add on to this, I personally believe that the cosmetic for each character should be in different tiers and the outfit progressively gets cooler with each tier. For example, on the killer side:

Hillbilly cosmetic

100 kills - Tier 1

500 kills - Tier 2

1,000 kills - Tier 3

and of course escapes are a lot harder to get than kills so for survivor it should be:

Meg Thomas cosmetic

100 escapes - Tier 1

250 escapes - Tier 2

500 escapes - Tier 3

(I even had the idea for a cosmetic that is a standard black/white T-shirt with a number on the back that could display the highest amount of escapes a survivor has gotten in a row. Killers would not be able to see it in the lobby since it is on the back of the shirt.)

As someone who has 2,500 hour in the game, I can tell you that for me personally, the urge to grind this game has all but disappeared. I really only play every once in a while, but a system like this would give me a reason to grind my favorite killers and get some escapes.

Now I know there is a potential downside to implementing this, especially for survivors. I know there are a handful of killers who if they saw survivors that had a Tier 3 cosmetic they would get intimidated and lobby dodge thus increasing survivor queue times, and on the flipside, I can see survivors killing themselves on hook because they don't want to go against a nurse/blight/spirit with over 1,000 kills, but I think this issue would be trivial in compared to the grind that a system like this would create.

What are your thoughts?
