the DEVS are rreally sneaky arent they? they patched and returned the dedicated servers to killers, AGAIN.

Nope. We don't try to sneak in changes in the first place, but beyond that, it'd both be a very strange & counterproductive thing to do and very obvious. Everyone would immediately know when all Killers drop to ~5 ping.
If you are getting a peer to peer lobby, please let us know. That's very unusual and should not be happening.

Even then for said things I never saw any patch notes for a fix. I usually read through them thoroughly especially the blight and nemesis ones where I know a lot of people who play those killers and would be able to pick up on changes instantly. And I even forgot about the second iron bar added to Autohaven short and long walls gaps. Never saw anything in the patch notes about that.
I also forgot to mention blights collision got changed again recently and wasn't in any patch notes.

And if they are bugs as they say, shouldn't it be listed in the known issues tab? Or atleast addressed separately? This has happened multiple times where things have changed and never been addressed even though people have absolutely reported it.

The Blight change was to fixed the bugged collision from a few patches earlier. The patch that introduced the “hug tech” unintentionally changed Blight’s collision so he didn’t need need to look away from an object in order to bypass certain collision scenarios. The later patch fixed his collision so that he had to look away from an object, just like he used to.

Thats not the patch I'm talking about. Hug tech came before the patch I'm talking about which was pinheads release. Pinheads release made blight feel very wide and everyone I knew felt the same thing as going through a doorway without rushing directly at it was basically impossible.

That’s the same patch that I’m talking about. He felt wider because his collision was bugged for a few patches where he was able to ignore certain collision scenarios. Most people didn’t notice his collision was bugged, because they still looked down while sliding on objects, even though looking down literally did nothing during those patches.

Strange how all of these "bugs" are killer nerfs that never get fixed. We all know Nemesis will never be reverted.

its not like the DEVS are gonna do anything about it, they are highly back, and getting hit over thrown pallet, HUNTRESS HATCHETs size of truck hitbox, cheaters all over the place; so how did the devs fix these?
send a ticket, upload a video, get the steam ID, do this, do that.
its more hassle to report a cheater than to actually ban someone.
fix your damn game.

should i send a ticket, upload video, type in details with your long list of forms? youtube has a lot of evidences. high ping killer hits registers in priority. i got a freddy main chinese player the other day swinging on air, because what? hes abusing the dedicated server. he was hitting us 3 miles away on window vaults.

What about wraith no longer opening lockers faster with shadow dance? That wasn't in a patchnote.

It's never been intended that Shadow Dance blood opens lockers faster - it says clearly on the addon what it affects. If it did affect lockers, that would have been a bug.

funny because when boil over was exploitable you wrote in the patch notes "fixed a bug that prevented hooks from spawning in rpd library and Thompson house"
which actually meant: we handplaced new hook positions to solve an exploit after we broke a perk.
the lack of hooks there wasn't a "bug" it was intended. there was never any hook on those spots by CHOICE.
but of course, that would mean you'd have to face the fact that boil over was broken. but you can never admit mistakes.
so yeah don't talk about transparency and stuff because it's just embarrassing lol

Even checking the patch notes from the patch where that addon was changed, it was never supposed to include lockers - I can only presume that the wording was wrong on the addon.

Sorry to bug you again but here's a short one showcasing both shadow dances with iron maiden! Obviously its not a big deal if the effect was removed or not. Just tryin to get to the bottom if it was a nerf or bugfix.

Sounds like a nerf when they didn't even know the addon themselves. I really doubt 2 different content creators would past in "open lockers faster" on an addon. Let alone accidentally typing "lockers" faster on both addons.

I would like a answer to this to but @MandyTalk guesses it was just misstyped. But as shown in the video above it clearly had an effect. Im assuming it got nerfed and just never made it into the patch notes.

Wait, they changed the Shadow Dance locker speed? That was definitely a thing, because I remember all the memes about hyper-caffeinated Wraith having zero chill when you combined Shadow Dance and Iron Maiden. Sad to see that go, it was hilarious.

They did but it was never in a patchnote. (Apparently it was a "bugfix") yet...it clearly had an effect a bunch of people and videos can attest for it. So it clearly wasn't a bug. So i just assume its a nerf without a patchnote. (So a shadow nerf would be the correct term)

This is not the first time where in the patch notes they change something because "it was not supposed to work like this", and then they change something (if it's a buff to things nobody uses it's always appreciated),or they straight up just change maps/perks/killers/add-ons without saying ANYTHING.

This is one of the most insane shadow buffs/changes out of nowhere I have ever seen, how is it possible that this hasn't been mentioned?
This is a buff to a map that is already frustrating to play as killer, especially as Trapper and Hag where it's pretty much impossible to do anything due to how MASSIVE it is. But who cares, right?

If I remember right, Mori's were shadow nerfed to be used only on death hook. I don't recall seeing anything about changes being made to it. Then I logged in and boom was changed.
Again. I could be mistaken... but I seem to remember people being upset nothing was said.

They weren't Shadow nerfed, it was stated in the patch notes.
