As a a Legion main, the Legion changes are kinda underwhelming...
As far as I can tell, only three of these changes actually affect base-kit gameplay: the fatigue/cooldown changes, the speed increase on hit, and the 5 hit down. The issue is that only one of these affects their lethality AFTER feral frenzy, the fatigue decrease, but once you get done with that fatigue legion has nothing to stop looping. Legion's main issue is that they can apply pressure quickly with their power but can't maintain it in the slightest because they have no ability to help them down survivors. I'm assuming the 5 hit down mechanic was meant to help this issue, but the problem is their new 5 hit down mechanic is worthless because realistically you will only hit it once a match if you're lucky because after the start of the match you will (hopefully) have a survivor on the hook, meaning you can only realistically achieve 4 hits at best. Excluding the five hit down that is mostly worthless, all this update did is change the addons which removed the duration addons that were the best ones they had, give us a 25% fatigue reduction, and give us a fix to mechanics that didn't need to exist in the first place. Legion is still going to be one of the worst killers in the game even with these changes.
At least the new chase music goes hard.

They definitely made them more fun by fixing the absurdly long fatigue animation, and bopping to the chase music is great too. But being looped by 4 survivors with dead hard with no chase ability is not all that fun.

That's the kicker. They do a buff without buffing at the same time. They gave his rush lethality, but in exchange removed duration addons to make sure it is rare to pull it off and put the fault on the survivors for being dumb.
Said it when they announced it that it was just a qol update to make them feel better without actually making them better.

Mischief list is still a duration addon? And now it's a brown instead of a green? And I am sure the .5 seconds lost is made up for handily by the stacking speed boosts.
All the status effects being applied on first hit instead of second hit and beyond is a massive, massive buff

Stacked both mischief and mural and it made no difference. I could get two hits and the third would always be too far away to reach them. I have not tried the pins yet, but i also judge killers at a base level without addons.
You can't even see survivors if they are oblivious... weak.
