Vaseline does not go in the eyes
.. So I hear some of my Console friends happy with the update..
All my PC friends have been changing their reviews of the game to 'No do not buy' Because we feel like someone smeared Vaseline on the screen and the inconsistency with the loading don't help..
I will admit, seeing through windows like they are windows is a neat touch.. but..
I had to redownload nearly all of my game for an experience that at first hit me with "... Why did I spend money.. Can I get a refund" ... Also, since I'm griping already, The new map version is annoying. The old one was kinda cool.

I can't comment on the "vaseline" issue, but old haddonfield was terrible and unbalanced, the new version is far from perfect, but it's better than what we had before

I haven't noticed any issues with Vaseline-like smearing on my screen. Sounds very strange.
And sorry to say but Haddonfield 100% needed to be reworked. It was a nightmare for killers as nearly every house had god windows to abuse. Not to mention the fences acting like the Great Wall of China for regular m1 killers

I'm pretty much killer only. I disagree with the 100% rework as I usually killed 3/4 on it. But.. Yeh.

I bet that's anti-aliasing being turned on.

Left is with AA (which is forced now). Right is without AA.
Even though the hair on the left looks better (by masking it with a blur effect), everything else loses sharpness and consequently, detail.
Please revert this. If people are going way out of their way to tweak the .ini files, let them be. Or better yet, add the option in-game.

Blurr effects that aren't consistent.
Different texture quality at the same time
.... mostly it caused actual pain to my eyes
The chase scratches loading at both low an high quality.. mostly lower than minecraft quality.
New map is interesting in lolks and feel.. until you interact with others. .

Updating.. Alas. The problem I have is NOT just AA.
Wrong textures, body frames. Loads up like I'm playing on a Ps1

Good news. This issue hasn't been .. so bad tonight
The textures are .. Way lower than before though, and the AA blur that tries to hide it.. I wish I had a way to change it In game without having to change the base files.
Haven't run into the problem of the blocky bodies since the last patch update though.
