Compensation for facing hackers/bots?

It takes a long time for people to grind up the Grade ladder when you have work, family, school and other life activities. A player's time is valuable. Unfortunately, hackers and cheaters (and AI bots that are on the rise) make that process harder by unfairly resetting that progress and dragging it out longer.

I just faced 3 AI bot Spirits in a row who instantly tracked survivors, walked through pallets instantly breaking them, ignored weapon attack cooldowns, instantly downed and instantly picked up downed survivors, zoomed around the map and instantly hooked people. 3 matches in a row. I can't dc from these matches or I lose pip progress. I can't win, and the match is over so quickly, I lose pip progress. I lose my items and addons. I waste bloodpoint offerings. Most importantly, I waste time.

The report system in the game is flawed. There is no match replay functionality, so players are responsible for getting outside sources to attain their gameplay footage. This then needs to be uploaded to Youtube, another 3rd party, and then you need both your ingame info AND the hacker's Steam information, and an in-game report AND support ticket must be made in order to report a player for hacking.

The process for creating and submitting support tickets is long and cumbersome, and unfortunately, hackers and cheaters aren't uncommon. I believe players deserve some kind of compensation for being forced to play against AI controlled bots/hackers, and for going through the process of reporting a player.

That being said, I don't think we need 1,000,000 BP every time we successfully report an actual hacker/bot, but perhaps replacing the pip we lost from playing in an unfair match, and a small amount of BP, maybe 40,000 (20,000 average you'd get from a match plus another 20,000 to replace the cost of any addons/items/offerings you may have brought).

This may not fix the problem of cheaters and hackers, but it could certainly incentivize players to report any REAL evidence of hackers/bots in the game, therein eliminating some of the pressure that this situation creates.

unfortunately they are everywhere, and doesn't seem to be getting better. I agree they need to do something about these hacks and fast, losing interest in playing the game anymore when 1 out of 3 games is someone speed hacking. i mean come on.... fix the damn game.
