2 changes for cenobit wich would make him actually good.

I have two ideas to add to pinhead ability, wich would make him much stronger and interesting, a small one and a big one

Small change: make chained survs unable to throw pallets.

If survs can't throw pallets when they scream, they shouldn't be able to do it if their arms are bound completely away from everything while almost ripped out of there body's.

Big change: add the ability to theleport tho targeted area while chain hunt is active.

I'm not talking about a full as blink like the nurse, I talking like the same animation and speed as his box theleport, but while chain hunt is running, he can do it to the target portal area.

    But it's still stupid how fast the chances get of. If you do a chane right you win 2 seconds in a hunt. If you do it wrong you lose 5. And I have seen suviver throwing pallets with the force while there arms are in Usbekistan. How is that possible? I just think he is low tier without the need to be.


    But now you, I have never heard anybody saying that he is underrated. Most say he is in the upper low half or just hot garbage. For my he is more an m1 killer than Trapper and only his box teleport makes him not useless. What do you say?

    For me he's underrated because:

    • His box is extremely strong.
    • Good Pinheads can tell where the box spawns pretty consistently.
    • Solo Q is horrible vs him. Swf teams can quickly tell who is getting the box.
    • Combos extremely well with the meta. Ruin is excellent on him and Dead Mans Switch is also extremely good.

    They're the few I came up with just immediately but I'm pretty sure I'm missing at least 1 or 2. I'm not saying he's top tier but definitely not as low as people say he is.

    Honestly, he just needs Iridescent Lament Configuration or Impaling wire basekit to be pretty good.

    Either add-on is going to help him out on either side of his power.

    The only change Cenobite would 'need' is that survivors bound from further than X meters take an extra X amount of time to break chains. At the moment he gains nothing for hitting long distance shots outside of Engineers Fang.

    The only change I'd put forward is that the Cenobite shouldn't break his own chains.

    The Box's aura should also be on a transparency scale relative to the chain hunt, so it's a but less as visually significant at 0-1%, can be found if sought after just as easily early on, but isn't as glaring at first.

    Additional Hooks spawned by his power should not be instant, but should be spawned and fired as a Chain Hunt would.
