Hitting survivors during unhook and i-frames
After hitting an injured survivors they are still able to go through the entire animation and finish the unhook. Hitting survivors with carter's spark doesn't interrupt the animation. And fix the i-frames. Survivors are supposed to have i-frames until they have control of their character, not for the 3 seconds after.

I never understood why they even implemented i-frames for unhooked person...
Like... why would you unhook a survivor if killer is literally camping their butt and ready to swing ASAP in the first place?
Just do gens and GTFO, that guy is dead.1 -

Just do gens and GTFO, that guy is dead.Or just hit the rescuer if you're that close?

We are not discussing here what is the more optimal way for the killer to play.
Killer sacrificed their game to camp a single person. So be it, that guy should be dead, sucks to be him, that's how it always worked until devs... implemented silly i-frames.Either way, to debunk your argument. Said rescuer could walk up to the hook, bait the hit, get injured and use their hit speed buff + sprint burst to easily escape, while someone else unhooks them with BT while killer is in mid of M1 cooldown.
And before you jump the gun, no, I don't bother with camping the guy, unless situation proves it to be more rewarding that chasing someone else or gates are open and I see all remaining survivors to be nearby + gates are around the corner.

Or kill themselfes trying to help the camped person before doing the gens.Either way, to debunk your argument. Not easily escape, make some distance. Also that means 2 people are not doing anything but trying to rescue the guy. And also: Let's say the person doesn't have BT. When they are unhooked and "ready to be downed" you will be off your M1 CD

I wasn't even gonna accuse you of that but okay.
I camp when exit gates are powered and i know i won't down anyone.0 -

I camp when exit gates are powered and i know i won't down anyone. What I mean, is why bother saving someone when killer is literally sitting on their butt waiting for the rescuer to unhook them, then they hit that person and both survivors (hooked and rescued guy) go and complain about killer camping and it being unfair and crap.
Then devs implement i-frames just because those guys complained... why, though?
What is the reason of implementing it?
Why reward stupid plays in the first place?
i-frame gives enough time for SB to activate, meaning the hooked guy will escape before you can down them again.Invulnerability frames serve literally no purpose but to reward bad and stupid plays.
In case of double sprint burst example, there is no way in hell you are going to catch that person if gates are open unless you are a billy and gates are very far away and you have clear b line for them or you are a nurse.
I doubt even spirit would be able to do that.0 -

The play isn't stupid if there's I-Frames involved. That's why they implemented them.

I-frames exist because of certain players abusing the method of camping survivors. Although you could say that it is entirely the fault of the survivor for their demise, it's pretty aggravating to get hooked once, and then be forced to die and de-pip, because the killer decided it so. If you're so upset about i-frames, maybe actually time your hit properly. If the survivor has i-frames after regaining control of their character, it is most decidedly a bug and/or an issue with the connection between the killer and the survivor. I, however, have never had an issue with the i-frames when playing killer.
Also, here's another thought: I-frames will never be an issue for you if you actually kill the survivors instead of camping them. If it's end-game, that's a different story, I suppose.
