Hello!

I think everyone agrees with me that this Hex perk is currently a bit of a meme compared to other perks. At the beginning of the game, it could even be good, but with the evolution of Dead by Daylight, it became a kind of meme perk and people stopped using it.

See here its current effects: https://deadbydaylight.fandom.com/wiki/Hex:_Huntress_Lullaby

Because of that, today I'm suggesting two possible reworks to make it viable. Please leave your opinions. Thanks in advance.

Rework A:

Rework B:

I think Rework A is the better approach, however the 5 Stack effect would be too obnoxious. Constant screaming would be annoying and whenever somebody screams, it kicks them off of the action they're doing.

Instead of making people scream when hitting a skill check, I think it could give the Oblivious status effect while working on a generator as the 5th stack effect. Having to keep a watchful eye out for the killer while being hit with zero warning skill checks would make it a force to be reckoned with.

    Thank you for your opinions!

I think that Oblivious is a good addition to the perk, but not so good.

You see, Oblivious is already present on some perks (like Hex: Plaything) and also is present at all times in the Dream World, and even when people are Oblivious they can still pay attention to where the killer is.

I think screaming is a better addition to the perk because that would disturb survivors and actually make them go cleanse the totem, otherwise they simply will not be able to progress in their objectives.

Your reworks ideas are interesting, however I don't think they will make huntress lullaby viable.

About your idea A, making survivors oblivious would hurt the impossible skill check doctor build since you remove the effect of Unnerving Presence :'(

Also the perk could be reworked to make the skill check notification random between an expanding range (depending on the amount of tokens). I don't think it would make the perk viable either, but this could be funny.
