WGLF/BBQ should gain a BP stack after a safe unhook from Pyramid's cage

It should because bloodpoints, but it's also not an unhook it's an uncage and the entire reason for their existence is to circumvent any and all perks and mechanics surrounding picking up and hooking survivors.

It should not.
That's the one of the aspects of the Cage. It does not count as a hook. Killers do not get any hook related benefits for caging someone, survivors should not get any hook related benefits for getting someone out of a cage.

I'd be okay with the point-specific tokens of BBQ and WGLF being allowed as an exception, but otherwise yeah part of the point of the cages is you trade off whatever hook perk(s) you'd get for faster "hooking" and possibly sending the survivor away from rescue.

I dont see them changing any perks now before the big perk update for such a minor complain. Also you should post actual suggestions in the right forum sections therefore.

Thats the beauty of it. Killer doesn´t get a BBQ stack and survivors don´t get a WGLF stack.

This gives me an idea of the perks of freeing Survivors. Examples from a cage, trap, etc. It's probably too situational, but it could be exciting stuff like after releasing a Survivor, you or they get some small buff or trigger for something.

I mean... it's not like you will have safe rescue from that cage (most cases) againts avarage Pyramid Head players anyway :D

No one gets to benefit from hook (perks). No pop, no DS, no camping, absolutely nothing.

However, I think you should get WGLF tokens from picking up a slugged survivors imo.

The Devs have stated multiple times that the cages wont be changed, and the only time i see them picking up pyramid in the next 2 years is to change his addons, not his basekit.

those perks actually impact the game gaining bp from bbq or wglf doesn't
this wouldn't be hard to separate either

Normally, I'd argue, but as...
1) WGLF is technically not a hook perk
2) there's literally a "safe uncage" score event
3) It has no in-game benefits besides giving BP

Cages do not count as hooks, i they make cages count as so DS should activate or the survi, and then the killer would derank to B simply because he cant bypass all the survivor bullshit they can do because of DS or BT, that are LITERALLY ignored due to the cage being not a hook, so no.
