Knock Out Hides Auras Survivors Downed by Victor
I experienced this while playing as and against The Twins. For some reason when Victor downed a Survivor it seemed to count as a "regular hit", but the Survivors were not given the notification of being affected by the perk with their auras remaining hidden from other teammates while they were slugged.

The problem is Victor being counted as a Basic attack instead of a power attack.

Thank you, I wasn't sure if it extended to other Killer powers so I made it general just in case, but if others can corroborate this is an isolated issue of Victor then it'd be appreciated.
I meant it in the specific context of Victor, but yes, the wording was wrong and it was changed to describe the issue better. Title and description have been modified per your suggestion, thank you!
