Monstrous Shrine: Survivor perks are disabled while they are inside the killer shack or basement.
That'd get some value out of the perk.

Monstrous Shrine the perk left forgotten and decayed by devs who never thought to change it into something good since it first came out in 2016

It could be adapted as an "Scouge hook" with whatever effect.
Same as MS but 3 hooks outside, i read somewhere scourge hook that teleport to basement, too strong but memes, or whatever, literally cant be worse.

They even made fun of it a couple of halloweens ago, they made a charm that specifically made fun of 'This is Not Happening' being so awful

Monstrous working on every hook would satisfy the Leatherface in me.
This isn't Happening increasing skillcheck chances by 30% would satisfy the Tapp(water) in me.

Id buff Monstrous shine by giving it a faster bar and slower unhook times or merging Territorial Instinct with it for basement entry alert.
Make the basement dangerous again!

Literally any Monstrous Shrine buff will buff the effectiveness of basement camping. What's your point.
My suggestion makes the perk useful for everyone NOT camping in the basement by making survivors weaker in the shack as well (basement or no). And since Shack is the most powerful survivor tile on many maps (for some asinine reason), it's a power boost for killers that survivors can avoid by staying away.

Nah all of you are nerds I have a perk so bad nobody mentions it. If I mention this perk no one will even know who’s perk it is. It’s so bad it’s not even brought up in bad perk discussions

Everyone knows how bad this perk is, the thing about is that: although it doesn't do anything for you, it also doesn't negatively affect you unless you're sandbagging on purpose for value, that already makes it better than no-mither and autodidact.
