Stages of Sacrifice:
The Struggle phase is now independent of a Survivors Sacrifice Stage, and is instead dependent on the Stage of a Hook. Hooks can be Barren, or Corrupted.
The Entity Claws emerge from Hooks when a Survivor is Unhooked from a Hook, or they enter a new Sacrifice Stage, becoming Corrupted Hooks.
Corrupted Hooks prevent Survivors from attempting a Self-Unhook by causing them to struggle, even on their first Hook.
Survivors can Cleanse Corrupted Hooks like Dull Totems to set the Hook to the Barren State.
Scourge Hooks :
Scourge Hooks no longer spawn in the map when a Scourge Perk is slotted, instead it augments the effects of the above mentioned Corrupted Hooks, and are created the same way.
No more Map RNG, but isn't on the first Hook (without helping Perks) and Survivors can Cleanse Corrupted Hooks like Totems
Monstrous Shrine :
This now just makes some of the Trial Hooks start Corrupted. 2/3/4.
Exit Gate Switch :
Killers can cause the Exit Gate Switch to begin to regress, like Generators, by hitting it.
Killers are no longer able to open the Exit Gates
Killers can close Exit Gates that have been opened b y interacting with the Exit Gate Switch. This causes The Hatch to open Permanently
End-Game Collapse :
Starts once the final Generator is completed, or one survivor remains.
ECG time is lengthened to compensate.

I like the Hook changes, Monstrous Shrine actually had a purpose. Why extend EGC timer?

In this case, the EGC will be starting immediately after the final generator is complete. If it remained at two minutes it would pressure the survivors even more. Currently, survivors have enough time to heal, unhook etc. before needing to open the exit gates and leave. Extending the ECG timer, survivors will still be able to do these things despite it starting sooner.
