Deathslinger Add-on pass
The killer I feel most qualified to give feedback on. The goal of this add-on pass is to combine redundant add-ons into one add-on, and to add variety and interest. In addition, non-functional add-ons (such as reeling speed add-ons) will be completely reworked, as well as small QoL buffs.
Basekit changes:
- Reload time reduced by 0.25 seconds.
- Missed shot cooldown reduced by 0.25 seconds.
- Slinger can now press and hold the Active Ability button while a survivor is harpooned to instantly break the chain and enter stun, while Injuring healthy survivors and afflicting survivors with Deep Wounds (similar to if the chain breaks from the survivor struggling). This is so that a Slinger that wants to break the chain doesn't have to wait 40 seconds against a survivor that isn't struggling.
- (Also, it won't happen, but please give 24 meter terror radius back π₯)
Add-on changes:
Note: unmentioned add-ons are unchanged.
Common:
- Spit Polish Rag: changed to -0.5 seconds from -0.25 seconds
- Snake Oil: Reworked. Increases lunge range while a survivor is harpooned by 25%
- Modified Ammo Belt: changed to -0.5 seconds from -0.25 seconds
Uncommon:
- Poison Oak Leaves: Reworked. Survivors hit with The Redeemer are afflicted with the Hemorrhage status effect until healed.
- Marshal's Badge: changed from -4 meters to -8 meters
- Jaw Smasher: changed from 1% bonus to 4% bonus
- Chewing Tobacco: changed from -0.5 seconds to -1 second
Rare:
- Warden's Keys: Reworked. After a survivor finishes mending from Deep Wounds, they are afflicted with Oblivious for 30 seconds.
- Wanted Poster: Reworked. Survivors that break free from The Redeemer have their aura revealed to you for 6 seconds. (yes, the reveal starts at the same time you are stunned)
- Tin Oil Can: Reworked. Increases harpoon projectile speed by 25%
- Bayshore's Gold Tooth: Reworked. Survivors hit with The Redeemer are afflicted with the Broken status for 40 seconds.
Very Rare:
- Prison Chain: changed to +15% from +10%
- Gold Creek Whiskey: Reworked. After being in ADS for at least 1 second, gain the Undetectable status effect while in ADS. This effect remains for 1 second after exiting ADS.
- Bayshore's Cigar: Reworked. Survivors that finish mending from Deep Wounds have their aura revealed to you for 3 seconds.
- Barbed Wire: changed to +4 seconds from +3.5 seconds.
Ultra Rare:
- Hellshire Iron: Reworked. After downing a survivor speared with The Redeemer, The Redeemer is instantly reloaded.
Notes / tl;dr:
All redundant add-ons are combined or partially combined, and then the rarest of the two add-ons is reworked. Some weaker add-ons have been buffed or reworked.

They're good changes, ngl to you but here's acouple i would rather see him have,
Gold Creek Whiskey: Reworked: ADS 10% quicker, movement speed reduced by 5% while ADS, reload 5% slowly (I.E instead of 2 seconds it pushes it up to 2.25)
the Oblivious effect to him is kinda meh, moreso in terms of "you can Ads quicker, but you'll be slow if you hold it for too long," sorta like how it was before the addon changes,
Barbed Wire: Reworked: Survivors that help other survivors break free from your Chain will now also Suffer from Deep wounds as if they got Speared,
This makes it so if they want to bodyblock your hit, you can punish them severely, would make sense since...
It's Barbed Wire,
the rest are actually good, but the one addon i'd also wanna see would be this
Iridescent Coin: Reworked: Increases the Range of the Redeemer up to 24 meters, Increases the time it takes to break the chain by 15% Cannot be stacked with other addons that affects the chain breaking,
Would be a very interesting addon to see in action, Whatta ya think? =D

10% faster ADS would be 360 milliseconds, or .36 seconds. Pre-nerf it was something like 150 milliseconds. It's an interesting trade off, but I personally wouldn't take it unless the bonus was like 20% or 25%.

I like the idea of it. You could use it to make plays to injure multiple survivors at once. Way more interesting than mending longer.

Increased range would be hard to make use of outside of shooting people off generators, but it would be fun to see it catch people off guard. Personally, I think current iri coin is fine (despite lowkey being OP, don't tell anyone lol)

Is still an interesting idea to somewhat get his ADS back, could try to bump it up to 15-20% but then people would complain again lel
the Coin is okay but.. eh, i prefer using double reload over one shotting someone at 12 meters or so, xD

These changes add some cool elements to slinger the hellshire iron in particular is clever I like it. A lot of reasonable add on buffs that leaves some room for base gameplay changes. Hopefully behaviour takes a few of these ideas. A bounty system baseline with a slowdown gen effect attached or even an exposed target would really add to his theme.

I like those basekit changes. TR nerf was bad idea, but they are not going to lower it back.
Main thing I would like to see is not lowering sensitivity / turning speed while ADS. His ADS mechanic is just terrible. I would remove also FOV reduction, I don't think there is need for it with his limited range.

I think the Modified Ammo Belt would be too strong in addition to the base buff, and would be the new brainless auto-equip addon, and only a brown. IMO, Slinger is a bit problematic when he reloads too fast. I'd be fine with -0.35 seconds though, I think. The Wanted Poster might be OP, but I'm honestly not too sure.
I honestly think the Barbed Wire could have both suggested buffs and it would be fine. I really like all the other changes you made.

Running reworked Ammo Belt with the basekit buff would be the same as running current Warden's Keys and Ammo Belt, but instead you can run a second add-on as well. Not that much stronger since that's pretty much what you're vs'ing if you're playing against current Slinger. A lot of killers have strong brown add-ons that are more or less intended for you to run most games, so I think it's fine to have an auto-pick add-on.
Wanted Poster pretty much just gives you enough time to reload and take a last second shot. Very strong, but not game breaking. Especially since it's on chain breaks, and not M1s.
Yeah, the sens reduction is so extreme that you can't really do flicks or anything, you can only really track. I really want 24m TR or 4.6m/s, Slinger's low range makes it really quite hard to approach survivors. You have to be smart about the angles you come from or they can get a lot of distance very quickly.

I don't think they would just give him 4,6m/s. I think it would be fine tho and it would make sense when he is normal TR.
They could at least give him 4,6m/s while he is not reloaded, that would be interesting.

Not bad suggestions all in all, but a bit subtle.
I think the slinger needs some big changes to rework his dynamic interactions - not little tweaks to his numbers.
