Killers Should Get Full Points/Perks for DCs

Survivors are still able to punish killers by DCing after all these years. If a killer DCs, the survivors get a full 5k in their survival as if they had won the match and all achievements/challenges treat it as an escape. However, when a survivor DCs, the killer loses out on perks and is punished. The points they are given to into Brutality, not Sacrifice, which is a type of point that you cannot compensate. Certain perks, such as BBQ and Chili and No Way Out permanently lose power if they DC immediately. It allows survivors to 'punish' a killer because the survivor is angry. So, killers should get the full benefits of killing a survivor if they DC:

All perks that trigger on hook, such as Pop, BBQ, No Way Out, etc, INCLUDING SCOURGE HOOKS, should trigger immediately, so you cannot DC as a way to deny a killer their perks.

You should get Sacrifice points as if you hooked that survivor the remaining amount of times, individually, and killed them so you can't deny a killer their BP.

You should get 300*Hook states left Brutality points to represent you having downed them.

Any challenge that revolves around hooks, including special hooks such as basement hooks, should tick up the number of hook states they have remaining, so you can't deny them their challenges. Pips should be treated as if these hooks and hits had been achieved.

Even with all the BP listed here, it does not come close to the 5k survivors get if a killer DCs.

I am very curious to know if you feel the same way about survivors who get cucked because their teamamtes DC'd before they could activate their perks...

I agree but I'd want the game to track tunneling & camping so that killers who do that early on do not get rewarded for being so toxic that they caused a player(s) to dc.

I also want the game to be reworked so that afk killers don't cause red or gold ranked survivors to depip due to the lack of the chase factor, unhooking & heals. It's bullshit that survivors don't depip when a killer dc's especially early on when they didn't have a chance to do anything, meanwhile they do depip when they work on gens and totems in a match where the killer is afk because they want to lower their MMR or they're legitimately away for whatever reason. I don't think they should depip in either case.

    I suggest removing the rankings.

     Because it's an asymmetrical game.

Ranks are just not relevant in this game.

Regarding the other points you have raised, the only thing to do is to redo all the maps of the game by reducing their sizes because in this way the killers will have a real impact on the maps and the survivors will feel the real danger.

If we cut all the cards in half, the survivors could still loop and hide, but at least the killers wouldn't waste a lot of time wandering around hoping to find someone.

It would also be appropriate to set up more generators at a beach and perhaps a single generator at 4 places.

Accessing the generators requires no effort in survival and it's annoying because you can literally pass 4 generators without fearing the killer.

I do believe that the DC bonus should add points to the SACRIFICE category and not Brutality, since that's what you're missing out on, you can still get full 8k Brutality points with a DC

I’m hoping that after they add the announced bots, if the bots work like they want, they’ll set it up so bots automatically replace disconnected players. That would help address killers losing out on sacrifices as well as the more important problem of the survivors being short a player. Yeah, an AI player is probably weaker than a good human player, but it’s still better than no player at all most of the time.

I would say it should if the survivors were not in a SWF with each other, to avoid it being abused.

I hope they use the best AI they have for the survivor bot.

Nah, it needs to be the best AI they have. And I'll guarantee that AI will still be worse than 4/5s of the people. That bot needs to be able to actually fill in and play the game, it shouldn't be a hook ornament, otherwise you are just playing with 3 people like before.

The killer can always chase the other 3 survivors if the bot is that amazing, which it won't be.
