why cannot i bleed out myself ?
so i didnt want to play the match anymore so i went to killer and tried to make him take me to hook again but he left me on floor. no worries there but then my teammates tried to heal me and i didnt want to play so i held shift and the killer got them all basicaly cos they tried to heal me. add bleed out button or make option to insta die on hook please.

You could also not load into a match. If you want to give up or not play a match, then just don't queue up to ruin everyone else's game. You essentially are asking for a free way to DC from the match which is problematic. If you have to afk or leave because an emergency, just DC or leave the application open (or alt+F4).

People will intentionally bleed out. It will not be fun for the remainder of the game because that's basically like dcing. People will just instantly bleed out if they were the first ones downed

Fastest way to bleed out, in your case, is to not queue. Highly suggest it.

That reminds me of that "DBD tournament failure" that floated around (the one where random streamers were competing and most had never played DBD before)
He killed himself on the hook because he didn't realize that trying to unhook yourself sent you to 2nd stage if you failed...

There should be a way to bleed out faster on scenarios like a 2v1 where the killer is slugging to find the last one who won't show themselves until hatch is available.
But this example you show is absolutely not a reason, you're just looking for a way to ruin your mates' match

Yeah ofc i want free dc it would be best cos there are facecamping bubbas and starstruck nurses and other bs like that. i que in hopes of finding normal match and if i dont get one i want out of it.

By the time you get back into the menu, it'll be like 6 minutes, don't give your teammates false hope and just leave

In your original post, you didn't bring up these scenarios. You just said that you didn't feel like playing anymore and wanted out. It can be frustrating to go against killers who slug for no good reason or make you bleed out, but this isn't the case in the situation you presented. If you don't like playing the game that much, just don't que up and ruin other people's matches because you don't feel like playing anymore. Also, the more you give up and die either by bleeding out, suiciding on hook, or just intentionally running to the killer, the lower your mmr will sink and the worse your teammates and killers will get.

Well, you are doing it wrong. If you leave as soon as you could against facecampers, then you just validate them, because you actually make their tactic work. Because of you dying faster, they can just go for another one, and 4k.
If you would instead struggle as long as you can, while your team genrushes, this gamestyle would get both boring for the killer, because noone comes for unhooks, as well as ineffective, because 3 people just leave.
Basicly, you leaving the game early makes people facecamp you.

If you don't want to play the game, don't queue up for a match. People like you are why we can't implement a bleed-out function despite there being very valid reasons to need one (such as killers intentionally bleeding people out, or people being held hostage in slug/farm situations.)
If you're going to give up on a match prematurely, eat your deserved DC penalty. What you're doing is the reason why it exists. And let's not pretend you weren't the one who lost the match you described - your teammates wouldn't be trying to heal you if you hadn't run up to the killer and tried to suicide out of the game.
I have nothing but contempt for people who leave matches at the start of the game - they're half the reason solo queue is as unplayable as it is.

Yeah, no. I'd take an average teammate who'll play the game through any day over a strong player who ragequits the second they don't like something and leaves the rest of us to depip with <10k points. The game is full of people who think they're hot ######### because they dip on every match where they get outplayed, and I'm sick of them ruining the game.
You're making the executive decision that a match is unwinnable (or just not fun) without asking the other 3 survivors what they think, but when you bail out, the match does become unwinnable for everyone else and there's nothing they can do about it.

So to sum up your point.
You want to be able to quit for free anytime you don't get exactly what you want from a match or a "Normal match" as you put it.
When people talk about entitled players who want everything their way all the time and quit when they don't get it, they are referring to players like this.
Its an "I'm taking my ball and going home" kind of mentality.
This is what children do, now if you were up to and including 14-15 years old sure, but beyond that it gets a little iffy on the emotional development front.

There are plenty of matcha I had that I didn't want to play but I did it anyway because I don't want to ruin it for my teammates. If a Bubba face camps me I'll do yoga until I can't anymore because the longer I'm on hook the more gens get done before I die

part of survivor play is inability to participate. It’s one of the threats you face.
Dress it up how you like it’s still rage quitting and leaving the rest of the players in the lurch, “I’m taking my ball and going home because I’m not getting my way waah” Don’t be that kid nobody likes that kid.

Well since this post is only about survivor how do you feel about an option for killer to open an exit door and start egc at any point in a trial without the 5 finished gens to quit an unfun trial?

Closing this thread here. While the suggestion is noted, I would strongly suggest playing out the game to the best of your ability to get to the next match.
I would also note the scenario mentioned by the OP in the thread body could very potentially be considered a violation of the Games Rules for Griefing if it was done with the full intention to have their teammates caught and killed.
I will also remind everyone on this thread that the promotion or admission of breaking Game Rules, such as Unsportsmanlike Conduct (i.e. DCing, frequently AFKing, etc), are against the rules here on the Forum, and I would advise to be very mindful of such things when posting in the future.
